Do not buy, this product is supposed to be the best but it stopped working and charging after 6 months. My husband only used it maybe 10-15 times.

I am disappointed with this

I am disappointed with this product. It is difficult to use, given its design with the trimmer blades and the foil. If you are using the foil area it is easy to scrape/clip the skin with the trimmer blades. Product would be much better with out the trimmer blades. Was wanting to use the foil area to get a close shave. With this design it is impossible. This design was trying to accomplish two many things with one instrument. It you are looking for a close shave, I would not purchase this product.

defective head

I recently bought the 5.0 Ultra and It was snagging and pulling so I started a conversation about maybe getting a replacement head because Its all good these things happen but I was told that (good news they have just developed a new set of heads and would send me one when they were available. when I asked how long that might be I was told end of September or into October but couldn't give me even a ETA of any kind. So what I was supposed to do was to wait up to a month or two with a non working trimmer? just curious if you knew you were already having trouble then why keep selling them? I've owned 2 of these and loved them all but this was not a very good experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Manscaped Lawn Mower 5 comes with several attachable guards and a great hard travel case. This unit worked well to trim up unwanted hair and could also be used as a shaver with the second attachable head. The LED light is nice too so you can see what you’re doing in those hard to see areas. It also came pre-charged to get me going.

Hi manscaped I purchased a lawnmower 5.0 a couple months ago and it was and is still performing great, but the foil shaver head randomly the foil cover popped off and will not go back on. Is there a way I can get another one sent to me? Thank you.
