Best nugget ice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE LOVE LOVE this ice machine. It's slim so it can fit where you need it without taking up a lot of counter space. It starts making ice as soon as you press power, and it makes it so fast! Controls are super easy to use and there is also an app that will tell you when you need to add more water. The only thing I'm unsure about is how to attach the side water compartment, the directions are a little hard to understand. Overall it's a great machine and the ice is perfect!

The ice is exactly what I was hoping for – soft, chewable, crunchy nugget ice that makes every drink better. It starts making ice quickly, while creating very little noise. The side tank is a huge plus because I don’t feel like I’m constantly having to refill it. The set up feels premium, the stainless steel look is sleek, and the included scoop, filter, side tank, and accessories make it a complete system right out of the box. The maintenance features are also a big win. The automatic cleaning cycle, drain system, descaling storage, and reusable air filter make upkeep feel a lot less intimidating than I expected. I love that it has Wi-Fi compatibility too, especially for scheduling ice and getting maintenance alerts. Overall, this is high-quality, thoughtfully designed and definitely worth it for all nugget ice lovers!

The nugget ice is soft, crunchy, and perfect for iced coffee, smoothies, and cold drinks. It starts making ice quickly, and the side tank is a huge plus because I don't have to refill it as often.
The machine has a sleek design that looks great on my countertop, and it's easy to use and clean. I also love the SmartHQ connectivity, which makes it convenient to monitor and control the machine.
While it's definitely a premium ice maker, the quality of the ice and overall performance make it worth it if you love nugget ice. I highly recommend it 👌
