Loving this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice maker was super easy to assemble and get set up to making ice. Within 5 minutes it makes ice. The only downside for some people is obviously with an ice maker there is going to be a little bit of noise but nothing unbearable and you get used to it very quickly.

Crunchy ice you'll absolutely love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really impressed with the GE Profile Opal Mini Pro Nugget Ice Maker. The features are well thought out, especially the side tank, which means fewer refills and longer ice making sessions. Maintenance is simple thanks to the easy cleaning cycle, and keeping it fresh doesn't take much effort. The performance has been excellent it runs reliably and consistently produces plenty of ice. The speed is impressive, with fresh ice ready much faster than I expected. The ice quality is my favorite part. The nugget ice is soft, crunchy, and perfect for my iced coffee, Coca Cola, and other cold drinks. It makes every drink taste even more refreshing. Overall, it's stylish, easy to use, and a fantastic addition to my kitchen. I highly recommend it!

Great pebble ice maker - fan runs constant when on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great option for a pebble ice maker! Set up was easy, followed all directions on the app for setup and only took about 15 minutes in total after the cleaning cycle and preparing the filter. I love the side tank, so there’s less need to continue to refill. I had this run over night. One thing I wish it did was keep the ice cubes frozen, but instead it does actually use/recycles the water from the thawing cubes it’s made to make new ice again which is cool. i have kept some made in an ice box in my freezer to combat this. I also wish there was a dispensing option like you would have if you had a fridge that made ice. All around a good option. Only con I would say altogether is the fan can get annoying as it’s a bit loud of a hum to keep it on all the time, but it’s not super terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is quite nifty and works well. It includes a lot of attachments. The ice starts to form in as little as five minutes and take 45mins to an hour to create a full bin of ice. There were a lot of features I really appreciate (quick ice, crunchy ice, top fill compartment, light color is customizable, easy to clean, relatively small size) but there were also some sticking points (of container is full of ice, machine no longer keeps compartment cool so ice starts melting….., no instruction manual).
Overall, it works well; but I’d only recommend this to be people who are constantly eating ice all day, those who host and have parties, those who want to use this as an office ice maker.

We'd like to provide additional information on your Opal Mini. None of our Opal models keep the ice cold. However, when the ice in the ice bin melts, it is then recirculated and made into new, fresh ice. In order to be good stewards of the environment, we no longer print physical copies of owner’s manuals. However, we maintain digital copies of all manuals on our website for your access at any time. Some benefits of this practice are that you’ll always know where to find the manual and that the digital version will include the most up-to-date information. I absolutely love the Opal Mini Pro Nugget Ice Maker! The nugget ice is soft, crunchy, and perfect for drinks or just snacking on by itself. It makes ice quickly and the side tank is such a convenient feature because I don't have to constantly refill the machine. It looks sleek and modern on my countertop, is easy to use, and the ice quality is amazing. This has quickly become one of my favorite appliances, and I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves nugget ice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start out by saying THANK YOU!!!! I have been wishing for one of these for a year now! Yes a year. Was close to buying one and then got it! I am so happy with it. I love it for coffees, sodas, making my water ice cold! It’s literally the best. The crunch is perfect! Especially on a hot day in FL. This is my favorite machine and truly is the best. Very easy to setup. The sound on the machine is very low especially when making ice. It’s great quality and just love it all!

Easy to maintain, with an app on your cell phone to make it work even without being at home , you can change light, make schedules so that it turns on and off, the ice is perfect for making fun smoothie with the family, is design is practical and modern and it size is ideal for my small kitchen!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested out the GE Profile Opal Mini Pro Nugget Ice maker and it didn’t disappoint! This makes the perfect size ice for our reusable water bottles, for our dog as a treat and to use in our drinks to make them ice cold! 🧊 It does take a while to setup initially but pretty straightforward instructions. I love that I can use an app to turn on the machine while we are out of the house and have ice ready when we get back! It takes about 2 hours for it to fill up. The noise it makes isn’t too loud and doesn’t disturb us. I recommend this ice machine!
