Love this machine for having it for only one month. Our family was looking for something that was automatic and was easy to use. As well as told you exactly what to do for keeping up with your machine like cleaning, filling up water, emptying coffee grounds, filling up with more beans, etc. We like the fact that if gives you so many coffee options and you can customize and save your drinks for each person in the household. Well worth every penny! Only learning curve is just figuring out how to make specialty drinks and what to add to them.

This Rivelia makes the best tasting coffee. I use locally roasted beans to be sure I get a good cup of coffee. The frother does an awesome job. And everything is easy to clean

This amazing machine, the Revelia, produces delicious-tasting coffee consistently. We have tried a variety of different types of beans, as well as both black coffee and white coffee varieties, such as cappuccino, cappuccino mix, latte, and more. And the quality is outstanding. The ease-of-use is also very attractive: my husband has his profile and I have mine. The profiles even store our morning and afternoon preferences, re-ordering the choices on the screen according to time of day. Cleanup is very easy and the machine is excellent at self-rinsing regularly. We have tried both plant-based and dairy milk varieties, and the frothing is superb. Although I am partially cited, the icons are large enough and bold enough that I can recognize them and use the menu on the screen. However, it would be good if a feature could be added, where voice commands were possible. All in all, this fully automatic espresso maker is just what we were looking for. It even gives step-by-step instructions with the different recipes available, prompting when to add an item, when to clean a part, or reminding the user to fill the water tank. Highly recommend.

I've used Nespresso for years and I always thought it was the best, but after the price of their coffee capsules kept going up and up I finally decided it was time to get a fully automatic coffee machine that grinds whole beans and makes multiple types of coffee drinks. After much research I decided on the DeLonghi Rivelia and I'm so glad I did. Wonderful machine that makes great coffee drinks with freshly ground coffee. Now I hardly touch my Nespresso and because I have a local coffee roaster I have saved so much money per month!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Even my cappuccino was pleasantly surprised on how delicious it is with freshly grounded beans and brewed!

Love my Rivelia!!! The ability to swap out beans is amazing (and the reason for my purchase) and the hot and cold milk dispensers (yes, I bought the cold foam dispenser) are great!
