Beautiful phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra for multiple reasons. I’m coming from the Fold 6 (which I loved) but seeing how skinny and wide the 8 is… I couldn’t resist! The front screen is now wider so it feels more normal, and upon opening, it is beautiful. I use it as a “play” phone mainly for gaming. The inner screen is so good for mobile games & streaming. I also love all of the AI features within the phone.

Amazing Phone!

I have had this phone for a month and I absolutely love it. the multitasking feature is amazing. I can have up to three screens open at once. I love this phone!! Beautiful display. Pictures are nice and crisp. The hinge is very unnoticeable. Slim design. Battery life it great. Stays charged all day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fold Ultra 8

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the samsung ultra fold 8 because I've always wanted a fold phone and it seemed like the perfect time to upgrade. I was worried from past reviews about the 'screen crease', but it's not noticeable while using the phone. The battery is average. The screen looks beautiful, the extra real-estate makes browsing a breeze, I don't think I'll ever go back to a normal phone.

Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this phone for gaming, but I barely use the large screen for games though as many games feel just better on a smaller controlled space for the buttons.
But it has been a great experience using it to watch videos, movies and series.
I also enjoy the great size of the internal screen when I show friends videos or pictures I shot.
It is very convenient too when it is time to pull up a book or to look into a PDF. I found it especially useful when looking into electrical diagrams at work.
My only concern so far, is the bump on the camera. It won't allow the phone to lay flat, and therefore, it won't wirelessly charge in my car.
I came from a S23 ultra, and I feel like I will stick with the Z fold series, at least for a while.

Love the battery life

I chose Samsung yet again because it's consistently great and has the unique ability to open 3 windows on one screen at the same time as opposed to two with other brands of fold devices. This greatly increases my productivity as I use my phone heavily for work which involves placing orders while calculating cost and messaging customers all at the same time. The battery life on this phone is a big step up from the Fold 6 I had previously. And Samsung's trade in value and easy financing can't be beat!

Slick step to modular work place

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose a Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra to transfer from my Galaxy S22 Ultra. The form factor closed is a better fit for being in motion (at work or general transit) and the open setting allows for great management or consumption (reading, writing, system administration). The SPen remains a 'nice to have' for me, but the portable, expandable, quality interaction of the current generation Z Fold takes the place of many collected devices I had been carrying.
The only caveat remains that the camera collection is good, but not Ultra quality - and the apparently required depth and placement makes it the biggest fault marring both form and function, keeping it from being a five star device.

The folding beast has arrived

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading to the Galaxy Z fold 8 Ultra from the fold seven was a great decision because you get a thinner phone that is only 4.1 mm of when unfolded you also get an anti-reflective screen protector that reflects the majority of the lighting and is very useful. When you're Outdoors. They're also giving you an upgraded 50 megapixel Ultra wide and Away goes outdated 12 megapixel sensor and the biggest upgrade would be the battery you get a 5,000 milliamp silicon carbon battery that can be put through its spaces from watching YouTube videos to streaming movies with your favorite streaming services having multiple apps open at once while multitasking Or even playing your favorite mobile games. I can finish the day with around 17 to 15% left in the tank. The only thing I wish Samsung could do is make Samsung Dex native to the foldable family. It is a really need desktop like experience that I love using but you have a massive screen on the inside and you shouldn't have to connect to an external monitor or like I do connect to my Lenovo Chromebook to use it. It should be native to the phone and they also going to bring back S pen support I enjoyed posting artwork on pen up and this is a productivity device with amazing multitasking and not having the S Pen makes no sense

More Than Just a Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra because I wanted a phone with a bigger screen for work, videos, and everyday use. After using it, I honestly don’t think I can go back to a regular phone. The inside screen is beautiful and makes it much easier to answer emails, look at documents, watch videos, and use two apps at the same time.
The phone feels fast and responsive, the cameras take great pictures, and the folding design feels solid. I was worried it might feel too bulky, but it’s actually comfortable to carry and use. Battery life has also been good for the way I use it.
It does take a little time to get used to a foldable phone, but once you do, the extra screen space is worth it. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone who wants a phone and a small tablet in one device.
