First Samsung in years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy I chose to switch to the Samsung Z Fold 8 Ultra from a Pixel 10 Pro Fold. This thing has much more power than that phone. Only thing I miss is the barebones of Android without all the extra stuff. However, choosing the power is worth the switch so far.

Ultra rocks!

It would be super cool if it was just like 2.5 mm wider but is a big improvement over my last phone, which was a Z Fold 5. It feels pretty darn close to a regular candy bar phone when closed. Even with a heavy duty case on it it still feels pretty slim!! We will see how the hinge holds up but I chose to specifically wait for the Z Fold 8 to come out because I heard about the improved hinge technology.
I watch a ton of sports on the go which is the main reason a big internal foldable screen is a must. This one is amazingly sharp and big. Additionally when following instructions or trying to read info on one app to input into another, the large foldable screen is perfect for multitasking!!!
I would say the pre-order process was a mess. But as to the phone itself, the best one I have ever owned!!!
