The best phone in a long time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z Fold 8 is simply the best phone that Samsung has released, also among the best phones that's released, in a long time. In a world of phones that have more than a 6.1" display, it is refreshing to see not on the Fold 8 in a smaller size while shut but to have the flexibility of carrying a nice sized tablet when needed is great! This is the reason why I chose the Z Fold 8: the power it packs and the sheer flexibility of it (compact size but also expandable to a tablet). If/when budget permits, and if you are able to get a great trade-in deal like I did, get the Z Fold 8. You will not regret it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After seeing the form factor in person. I knew right there and then that I chose the right phone. Absolutely sensational!
Handles everything I throw at it and has the perfect ratio for every content I put on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this phone to give it a try since I have always owned a slab phone or a regular size foldable in for me this has to be the perfect size the perfect form the screen ratio both front and inner screen are just amazing so far I love the UI on Samsung phones and this is my first time owning a Samsung cell phone and I can tell you that this is a keeper won't be looking back and Samsung you get to keep me as regular customer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this size. It's so portable and that inner screen is perfect for watching stuff. I just wish they’d added the Ultra cameras to this model. Also, the software feels a bit slower than the base S26. For now, I plan on sticking with this phone for a while.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose fold 8 because of new form factor. It has an excellent inner screen for media viewing and multitasking. Cover screen is too short. Poor for messaging and viewing pages needing constant scroll. Text can be small. If you enlarge font, it makes the cover screen even less usable.
Bottom line, this is a phone great for heavy media viewing and use unfolded. Not great for people that use it more folded
Samsung should make a phone in between sizes of fold 8 and ultra. It will appeal to the masses
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went with the fold 8 with the bar low. Not to say that I was expecting a bad performing device. But, I expected average battery life, an average display, an average camera. Now, after having the device for weeks, I can truly say it's a jack of all trades. To expand on that idea, I was expecting 5 to 6 hours a day, not with this device, I'm getting a full working days use without having to connect it to a charger, outstanding! The displays, they're exceptional, the viewing experience for what I mostly watch (YouTube) has been awesome and there is much black bars like the other foldables. Now for cameras, they're average, but if you mess with pro like I had to with my previous ultra model, you can capture great photos.
All in all, there's a few clear areas they can improve on like speaker placement, adding a telephoto camera (realized how much I've taken it for granted), and a better application of the AR coating for the main display and one for the cover display. It's truly a better form factor to use the main display or expand it and get a proper mini tablet form factor with the main display. The experience has been awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For media lovers! I chose this device for the size. Folded the screen is large enough for quick messages and videos. Opened fills the screen without the need of back bars on either side of the screen. Fits comfortably in my jean pocket and is highly durable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Z Fold 8 for a new adventure and I'm enjoying the ride. My main thing is streaming. I will like to mention this my first folding device and I'm still learning new things.
