Great phone. Bad customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone is not working well. It restarts on its own about 6-7 times a day. I called Samsung and still haven't heard anything about the status of my ticket # I use my phone for work and regret trading in my 24 ultra when it was working flawlessly. Hope they realize alot.of issues with the fold 8 even on reddit many have the same problem as me. To be continued....

The best phone size and experience I’ve ever had!

Honestly, the size is perfect, it makes me feel like this is how phones should have been designed from the very beginning. The performance is incredibly fast, and both screens are absolutely amazing. It has completely transformed how I handle multitasking and has been an unbelievable device for mobile gaming. I couldn’t be happier with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the z fold 8 because of the passport size and 4.3 display. I have been extremely pleased with my decision. After going with the s ultra series for a few years now I felt it was too large for me to use. I constantly dropped my phone. With the z fold 8 I have yet to drop it. The crease is barely visible which was one of the main reasons I never switched but now I am glad I did. This phone is everything I thought it would be. My only gripe is I wish samsung would've given it a much bigger battery. Other than that I'm very pleased.

Excellent fit for hand and pocket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new device. I was a big fan of the original fold, however it felt too big when placed in my pocket. I choose the new Fold 8 because of its smaller design and love it. What is also neat for nostalgic reasons is it feels like I am holding a cassette player when listening to music.

Best form factor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Z Fold 8 for the shorter, wider form. It fits nicely in the pocket. I use the front screen the majority of the time. However, it is great to have the wider inner screen to multitask and view media content.

No stylus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so apart from the normal "oh my gosh, it's so wonderful" gushing banter, one thing I have to say is MY WRIST
Its starting hurting the last couple years. Getting older.. and I've also insisted on using the big Samsung flagship ultrasound- loved the big screens.. but the got longer.. and in a smaller hand, the center of gravity changes above where it's comfortable to hold long one handed. Hard to explain but any of the engineering peeps that might read this should get it.. anyway. This 8. Omg. Its really better. Feels better to hold. Better weight distribution besides the reduction.. Just great! Use the inside screen twice as much as my previous fold 6 (which i loved also) because it's just better to hold. And more stable to set up on cases with kickstands. Anyway. Im locked onto this design and brand. Now if Claude could be your standard AI. Heh.
