[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is as expected. Only critique is that many apps do not like the aspect ratio and have to be adjusted to fit the screen which is minor but a bit annoying.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Z Fold 3 and Z Fold 7, I chose the Z Fold 8 for the form factor. The size is perfect for business and pleasure. The form factor is so satisfying that I can go long periods of time without opening it to the larger display. Even though I'm constantly using this phone, the battery lasts me the whole work day. I love how firm the phone feels when you open and how it snaps close. The display is beautiful and bright. I was initially concerned about the camera since it lacked a telephoto lens, but honestly I haven't missed it yet. The pictures are really good and even better when you dial in the camera settings. I'm extremely pleased with my decision and I'm still excited about my purchase every time I pick up the phone. It's really fast and smooth, even during screen rotations. Texting is not as difficult as I thought it would be. I can use one hand if I desire, but using two hands to text makes me feel like im fast. I will definitely stick with this Fold 8 for a long time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I've been a loyal Samsung mobile phone user since the late 90's and have always enjoyed my devices, including all the Folds and 6 of the Flips (I use 2 phones personal and work). When talk of the Fold 8 Ultra and Fold 8 started, I knew my primary (personal) device would be the Fold 8. The device fits my needs and continues Samsung's streak of highly functioning, simplistic, future-foward mobile devices. I chose the Fold 8 because I wanted a passport style/size folding device that would fit my pockets and have the capability of a larger screen when opened. After a month with the Fold 8, it's the right choice, with my only concern being the lack of S-Pen functionality, although I have found a workaround. The "Trade-in" program makes the cost effective for me as well. I am to this point, still a satisfied customer and love my Fold 8!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone really changed my life , having to work with a long phone in my pants always bother me, now I can barely feel it's there
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad I finally upgraded! I was honestly super hesitant to ditch my old phone, but so glad I chose the Galaxy Z Fold 8 in Lavender. It is easily the best tech upgrade I’ve made in years.
First Impressions & Look- Pictures don't even do this Lavender color justice. It’s this clean, muted purple that looks ridiculously sleek in person without being too flashy. It’s got a smooth matte finish that doesn't smudge up with fingerprints instantly, which is a huge plus.
In-Hand Feel- My biggest worry was that a folding phone would feel like carrying a heavy brick in my pocket, but I was totally wrong. Folded up, it feels super natural to hold with one hand—slim, lightweight, and really comfortable. Unfolding it gives you a huge screen, but the weight is so well-balanced that your hands don't get tired holding it open while lounging on the couch or reading.
How It Handles Everyday Life- What blew me away is how much better it makes normal, day-to-day stuff: Streaming & Reading, Quick Tasks and Daily Planning.
Work & Productivity-
If you do any work from your phone, this thing is a cheat code. Running three apps side-by-side on the unfolded display means I can review documents or spreadsheets on one half while taking notes or checking email on the other. No more flipping back and forth between apps a million times. It makes handling work stuff on the fly so fast that I rarely feel the need to pull out my laptop anymore.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Z Fold8 because I needed a device capable of keeping up with a demanding professional schedule. Managing complex HR tasks requires reviewing spreadsheets, reading extensive documents, and responding to emails simultaneously. The 7.6-inch inner screen and its passport-style 4:3 aspect ratio have completely transformed my daily routine. I can comfortably snap two apps side-by-side, analyzing data on one half while drafting a candidate offer on the other, without feeling cramped. When I am commuting, the 5.5-inch cover screen makes it incredibly easy to quickly fire off a message or check my calendar one-handed. The new Flex Titanium display structure makes the fold considerably less visible, and the anti-reflective coating allows me to comfortably work outside at a cafe by reducing screen glare. After hours, the Z Fold8 seamlessly transitions into my entertainment hub. The 15% brighter inner screen is phenomenal for streaming movies and watching sports highlights, with minimal letterboxing on standard videos. It has truly bridged the gap between a pocketable phone and a fully functional productivity tablet.
