Upgrading from a Z Flip 7

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved my Z Flip 7 but damage to the screen made it necessary to find a new phone. I chose the Z Fold8 over the Z Fold 8 Ultra because of its more compact size. Using the phone flipped open to respond to emails while holding the phone is a bit awkward so have ordered a grip/stand add-on to use on the MagSafe case I have put on the phone. However, being able to respond to emails and have full functionality on the external screen is a huge benefit over the functionality of the external screen on the Z Flip 7, such that opening the phone to use the large internal screen may only be needed when accessing media - for which the stand which has been ordered will be quite handy.

Better than I thought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am coming from a s24 ultra. I loved that phone but it was time for an upgrade. My carrier was doing a great pre sale trade in so I got the z fold 8 in the base 256g. The form factor is perfect for me. The size feels like my old blackberry. When I open it up it's a tablet. I'm in sales and readband sign a lot of contracts. The big main screen is the perfect size and it has made my old tablet obsolete. It allows me to do many things that would require my laptop previously. My only gripe is it isn't S Pen comparable. Maybe at some point Samsung will bring back that functionality. But even if they don't, this phone is great.

This is the form factor I was waiting for

The best phone for reading and multitasking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung completely sold me on the foldable concept. The ability to fit a small tablet right in my pocket is fantastic, especially as an avid reader—having my entire digital library with me everywhere is incredibly convenient. Performance and multitasking on this phone are top-tier, and the battery easily lasts through the day. The camera takes great photos, though it took me a little time to adjust my grip; using a magnetic case with a ring holder meant my finger occasionally blocked the camera lens at first. Overall, this is an outstanding device, and I hope to use it for years to come.

First fold experience being a power user

Don't get me wrong, it takes some getting used to but the form factor, the larger screen and the pocket ability are crazy good. Highly recommend

Z Fold 8 - Folding perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Z Fold 8 because of the smaller form factor. I have had previous fold models and while I loved them I always felt they were too tall. This device fits perfectly in my hand. Absolute game changer for texting and taking photos one handed. When needing a productivity boost, or larger real estate to show my clients files and info, the inner screen is perfect to display that information. All in all, i love my z fold 8

So far I absolutely love it. It's game graphic is awesome picture quality perfect has the same motion picture that my biggest quality i look for. Especially when you have 3 kids that don't look at the same time for long lol screen perfect size to watch movies

Quite literally my dream phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw the new Z Series drops and typically I'm not super interested in flagships or the new stuff, despite loving gimmicky stuff, but when i laid eyes on the Z Fold 8 I knew i had to make that phone mine. Ive always been a fan of the smaller phones and so the form factor of it being smaller like it is when folded while still being 100% usable was already incredible for me, but when i saw it unfolded into the essentially mini tablet, i decided right then and there i was gonna get this phone. Its perfect for me as an artist to have something that not only suits me perfectly but also is a whole new device for a different purpose. Of all the phones that ive ever seen in my life, im so glad i chose the Galaxy Z Fold 8 as my daily driver.
