[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from the S series, I'm used to a stylus, and this doesn't have one. That's literally the only reason I returned it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose Samsung fold 8 with a great look, small compact phone that you use everyday from pictures, to apps from tv to movies to calls, to text and video calls. There so many things you can do.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so apart from the normal "oh my gosh, it's so wonderful" gushing banter, one thing I have to say is MY WRIST Its starting hurting the last couple years. Getting older.. and I've also insisted on using the big Samsung flagship ultrasound- loved the big screens.. but the got longer.. and in a smaller hand, the center of gravity changes above where it's comfortable to hold long one handed. Hard to explain but any of the engineering peeps that might read this should get it.. anyway. This 8. Omg. Its really better. Feels better to hold. Better weight distribution besides the reduction.. Just great! Use the inside screen twice as much as my previous fold 6 (which i loved also) because it's just better to hold. And more stable to set up on cases with kickstands. Anyway. Im locked onto this design and brand. Now if Claude could be your standard AI. Heh.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade to the Samsung z fold 8 from the z flip 7 that i loved and i couldn't be happier. The fold 8 is only a little bigger, still very easily slips into pockets, but offers so much more than my flip did. I have full capabilities on the front screen and the inside screen is just completely stunning. The video quality, gaming, reading ability is amazing. The perfect pocket phone and tablet all in one. This is the best fold yet in my opinion. Love it for all my daily needs and multitasking like a champ!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Z Fold 3 and Z Fold 7, I chose the Z Fold 8 for the form factor. The size is perfect for business and pleasure. The form factor is so satisfying that I can go long periods of time without opening it to the larger display. Even though I'm constantly using this phone, the battery lasts me the whole work day. I love how firm the phone feels when you open and how it snaps close. The display is beautiful and bright. I was initially concerned about the camera since it lacked a telephoto lens, but honestly I haven't missed it yet. The pictures are really good and even better when you dial in the camera settings. I'm extremely pleased with my decision and I'm still excited about my purchase every time I pick up the phone. It's really fast and smooth, even during screen rotations. Texting is not as difficult as I thought it would be. I can use one hand if I desire, but using two hands to text makes me feel like im fast. I will definitely stick with this Fold 8 for a long time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Fold 8 because of its new form factor and wider main screen. I recently used the Fold 7 and the narrow front screen made for many incorrect texts due to the keyboard letters being so close to each other on the narrower screen!
With the Fold 8, the wider front screen allows for better typing and less correcting typos that happened all the time on the Fold 7.
The compact inner screen is also better for 16x9 videos than the Fold 7, which always had black bars on the top and bottom of the screen when unfolded.
Lastly, the Fold 8 is better than the Fold 7 because of how it fits in your pocket. I don't know how many times my Fold 7 would fall out of a pocket because it was so tall and stuck out. The Fold 8 fits perfectly and is just a tad bigger than my wallet, which fits perfectly in my pocket as well.
I've enjoyed the Fold 8 and don't regret "upgrading" from the Fold 7 to the Fold 8 at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has been nothing but fun to use, getting to switch from the small form factor to the bigger wider almost tablet like screen is such a delight. Glad I chose to upgrade!
