We have really enjoyed our new TV, we were watching a 25 year old TV and couldn't believe all that we were missing. We love it.

Very clear-sharp regular & HD picture. I have another brand HD 50" TV in another room, & this LG unit clearly outperforms it. I have NO complaints!

The picture quality is fabulous!!

My husband and I have been looking for a led TV for over a year because the last TV we purchased was in 1999. We felt it was time to participate in the 21st century. Our old TV was still working but the picture wasn't clear for either of us. We thought it might be our age 66 and 67.
However, we looked at several TV brands at several different stores. We were not ready to commit and I decided to look online to see what the reviews said about each television. We then decided to buy the 47" LG led TV because the reviews were great. We purchased the TV in December 2012. We brought it home and hooked it up and the picture was fabulous, so clear. Since we have cable we had to get a new cable box with HD. Once the TV was connected to the new cable box, we couldn't believe the picture because it was even clearer than before. I am near sighted and now I don't have to wear my classes when I look at TV. We look at much more TV just because the picture is just so clear. It's great!

The TV this one replaces is a great 32" TV. This LG brings a whole new meaning to watching TV though. Much of the time it's like the action was live in my viewing room. I love this TV. The old one has been sent to the bedroom. I do wish it ha another HDMI port but that's not a big thing. I would definitely buy one for my Mother.

This TV has excellent picture quality especially for the price. The brightness of the picture adjust well with the amount of light in the room. User friendly remote and menus. The slim design allows me to have a larger screen TV than the one it replaced.
