Fantastic Phone Grip

I ordered my first Ohsnap phone grip. It is slim and magnetically strong. It is sturdy and fits securely on my phone without worrying about it falling off. It is definitely a wonderful product. There is nothing not to love about it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The design is interesting, the magnet powerful, the functionality great until the stand/grip mechanism fails. The tiny metal strips got tangled or something and now it won’t go back to the closed position.

I was so excited to receive this. Put it on my phone, was very impressed with how sleek and low profile it was and then I opened the snap to slide my finger through for the 1 finger grip. The design for this is very poor. It was like playing with one of those Chinese finger traps where your finger gwt stuck. Not a fan unfortunately.

Works well and looks great

I like the look of it and it's very strong - I can keep my ID card between the snap and my phone and it's still strongly connected. I can easily remove it to access the card by levering the magnet away. I also enjoy having it there as a fidget toy. I've not really found a use yet for sticking my phone to the fridge or other magnetic surface but that's a fun option too.

After reaching out to your team about my original grip having some pieces break off during use, and receiving the replacement, now the replacement has a chunk that came loose. I barely used it for a day when a piece broke off. I used my old one till it finally broke over the weekend and had to open the replacement. Wasn't being rough with it or anything. It still functions, just a matter of time before it fully breaks.

Not bad but not great either

I have used this grip for a week and there are several times when the grip gets stuck out and you have to fix the "prongs" to close it. The kickstand also sucks. My phone keeps sliding or falling over on it.
