Weak adhesive

I thoroughly like the mechanics of the snap grip. But when combined with the car mount, the adhesive is not enough to overcome the magnet on the mount.

Bent Plastic Connectors

I own the first Gen of”Oh Snap” without any issue. Great product. Bought the Pro looking forward to the ability to put my finger “through” the connector rather that around the connector like the first gen. But.....when my finger passed through the connector, wearing it like a ring, the connectors bent and prohibiting the “snap” to seat when not in use. So, I will seek a replacement under warranty. Until that is processed, I will use the original “Oh Snap”. Are you listening “Oh Snap”?

This thing makes my phone not able to wirelessly charge even though they said it would. Complete waste of money. I already miss my old phone grip!

Does not charge thru with a case, but no one should use their phone without a case.Does not act as a good kickstand. Is not a good grip enhancer. It does rotate.

Too small of an opening to put finger through. I dont have big hands either.Plastic hinges feel cheap and delicate.

Initially, it feels like it could break easily everything is so thin. But, I love all the features!! I saved up for a whole year for this thing! So worth the wait!
