The pieces of plastic holding up the pop socket are flimsy and bad quality. I’ve only had it for maybe a month and it doesn’tWant to shut or stay down. Not impressed

Uncomfortable & cheap

I think this is VERY over-priced. Feels very flimsy & not comfortable when using. Made out of weird plastic that pinches the skin. Only works on very smooth case. (I have one made out of recycled material). The stand works, but not that easy to use.

Love the product, but the silver one I purchased for my daughter's phone is having a problem with closing. I can fix it, but it keeps bending is a way that prevents it from happening again.What are my options?

Pricey and doesn’t charge with wireless charging. I have to take my case off to charge my iPhone.

Failing adhesives

I've had the snap on my phone for about a week and have a samsung phone so can only rely on the adhesive to hold it on, yesterday at work I was using the magnetic feature to hold my phone to a piece of metal and the adhesive let go dropping my phone to the ground. It was well after the 24 hour period recommended by the installation instructions, so not sure why it failed. Luckily my phone was undamaged, but definitely a bummer.

I’m very pleased with my purchase. It’s easy to add and remove from the iPhone when needed. It’s so convenient to use for easy handling of the phone or setting the phone upright on a table to use.

Absolutely love this product! I was reluctant at first but after getting one I can’t go back to not having it. The only issue is it wouldn’t stick to my OtterBox Commuter case and that made me a little sad but other than that it’s an amazing product.
