Okay not awful

Love the thin profile, wireless capability and magnetic grip BUT lacking in depth of pop socket, cheap feel and positioning for a iPhone Pro 16. The depth is hard for me to get my bigger fingers behind and I find my phone falling down if sitting vertical but side ways(horizontally) works best. Overall 3 stars just for what i mentioned above, also a bit pricey!

I should have waited for the Snap Grip 5

This is likely my fault, for not doing adequate research, but I was under the impression that there was no adhesive on the Snap Grip 4 if you are using a MagSafe iPhone and/or MagSafe case. Since I plan to use the MagSafe ecosystem to add and remove a MagSafe wallet occasionally, I will either have to forgo use of the grip when the wallet is on the phone, or transfer the grip to the wallet, and forgo use of the grip when the wallet is NOT on the phone. Also, the “charge through” feature is not working for me, so I either have to remove my case, or charge from a cable. (iPhone 16 Pro Max with UAG MagSafe Pathfinder case)

Best accessory for a smartphone

I've had this product for more than 3 years on several different iPhones. It is so easy to use and incredibly slim which makes it super easy to slide my phone in/out of my pockets. It's the best accessory for holding a smartphone with one hand. The kickstand works great too, very helpful!

I am enjoying all the different features it has. Love the fact that I can use my MagSafe items with it. I am really enjoying the “snap” features but having to get used to working the finger gripping.

Got a set of 4 for my family and me. Four different colors. We all love it. Son likes the kickstand. Daughter likes the split finger hold. My wife uses the magnet feature on appliances in the kitchen. I use the shelf feature to scroll all kinds. The magnets are stronger than stock and hold my MagSafe wallet much more securely. Good job ohsnap!

You promised so much

This is my second ohsnap grip. This time for my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7. The phone has a textured carbon fiber case, so I used the extra sticky mount to adhere the grip to the phone. Seemed to work great for a few days as it immediately stuck to my wireless magsafe charger and charged normally. Grip was very easy to pull out an rotated flawlessly. Unfortunately, I stuck the phone to the side of my fridge while I was cooking and I heard a nasty crash a few minutes later. I found the grip stuck to the fridge and my new phone face down on my tiled kitchen floor. I lucked out this time because the screens didn't crack. I can't recommend this to anyone who has a somewhat textured case.

Okay its cool, it does all the things... but the first day the little pieces when extended started folding the wrong way and I had to help them to close it back.
