Quality Product - Almost there!

The OhSnap 5 ring snaps on and off so easy. Super convenient to put on and off. Why would I ever take it off? Well my Anker wireless mobile charging block sticks to it... and charges.... 50% of the time. If I leave it on the table it’s fine but in my pocket or holding it... not so much. My bedside Anker powered wireless charger locks on problem.... While I’m sleeping. The magnetic power is pretty good at holding on to most metallic surfaces... however I have a ProMax which is larger and heavier with a Mous case (added weight) so sometimes the phone slides down the gym equipment instead of staying in place. The spinning finger hold feels flimsy but holds up so good so far. I do like the subtle click in place.

Not impressed with the Magnet

I’ve been a fan of the Snap, this would be my 3rd time owning one. I like the look the feel on my finger and the overall functionality. However, this time around I bought oh snap grip 5 and the magnet was very soft. It doesn’t hold the phone much.

My only complaint is that the magnet on the 5 is not as strong as the 4. With the 4 I could place it on metal surfaces and it wouldn’t budge. Slides right down with the 5. That stick was useful when cooking or wanting to go hands free for a bit.

I can't understand the good reviews

Honestly I hate this thing. Because of the magnet you can't adjust where it is, so it's not comfortable for my small hands and I often can't reach the opposite side of my phone with my thumbs. The grip itself is uncomfortable on my fingers + it's clunky to open. The magnet isn't super strong. It holds to the some things well, but definitely not all. Overall I am super unimpressed and disappointed in myself that I fell for the ads. 0/10 do not recommend.

Not that much improvement

I expected a little more out of this.. I had the grip 4 that only lasted a few months and within the first week I had an issue with it retracting - the plastic can easily bend outward making it harder to close. I thought maybe the 5 would be more sturdy but feels the same and I have the same issue. The magnet attachment is nice but could be stronger. It’s ok but not a major upgrade.

I love the design, I love that I can stick it on my fridge, I love how thin it is and now that I am on the snap Grip 5 I love that the stand works now. Good job guys
