Great grip. Does what it needs to.

I was very happy to see that this grip has a thin profile for my Samsung zFlip 8. No adapter needed since it has the magnetic back. Stays thin when its collapsed. Like that I can still fit the phone in my pocket.

Flimsy and doesn’t close properly

Will be returning this flimsy phone grip. The grip part looks and feels cheap and like it will break if holding without supporting the phone at the same. Also the folding mechanism of the grip is flawed. I tested the grip in box and opened/closed it, but sometimes when closing it the grips don’t fold down correctly and won’t close. Over time this will most likely break. For the price of this cheap piece of plastic and weak magnets, I am unimpressed. Will be going back to Popsocket!!

I have tried so many similar products and nothing compares to these as far as function, durability and style. I have been using ohsnap! for several years now and have never had issues with them wearing out or breaking. Ive gotten a total of three just to switch up when new colors are released and the quality has been consistent. With the size of phones these days and my small hands, I seriously could not use my phone without this grip. 10/10 recommend.

Weaker Magnet

I had an older version and it was pretty good. However this one no longer charges and the magnet is much weaker so it barely sticks to anything. Seems like a full downgrade IMO.

Not as good as previous model

I feel that the changes to this model are a downgrade. I feel the grip doesn’t have as much space for your fingers. The magnet is not as strong, so it falls off of things constantly. Not having the ability to charge through is less than great. I don’t want to have to take the mount off to charge. I read that the results were inconsistent, but I had great success with my old one.

I love how versatile the phone grip is, I can stick my phone to any metal surface and it’s so convenient. Works great with my car mount and it’s the most secure way to hold my phone. Love it. Cute color options too, this is my second one.
