I hate phones without this

Downgrade From Snap Grip 4

I had the snap grip 4 and loved it. The only thing that kind of sucked was having to get a whole new grip or new adhesive to change it out on new cases. I bought the new snap grip 5 with magnets thinking it was a really smart upgrade. Immediately I had issues getting my grip to stick to my MagSafe charger, then the finish started peeling, and finally the magnets on the bottom side of the grip started popping out. I love the concept but it just hasn’t worked for me like the 4 did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality decal, great magnetic grip

I have had the "U.S. flag" Snap Grip for less then three weeks and the flag is already coming off. It looks like a ragged old flag. It is disappointing. The grip works great and the OhSnap company has been good to deal with in the past.I just wouldn't recommend getting a grip that has paint or a decal. You can see the attached image for what I am talking about.

Doesn’t work after a couple of days

Only used this a couple of days and it won’t shut. None of the plastic things are stuck or twisted or unaligned. Kinda unhappy with how expensive they are and doesn’t work. The first one I purchased last year still works fine. Please address this, thanks

While you don’t need to use adhesive to get the new version of this grip to stick on your phone, it’ll not longer hold itself well to other metal objects. So don’t try it or it’ll fall right off and you’ll crack your screen. Also, based on how the plastic finger holder is engineered, it’ll loosen quickly and feel flimsy. Can’t help that I guess.

The few videos I saw of them online made it seem like the entire thing was metal and durable. Only the magnet is metal and the most important part of the pop socket is plastic. I truly do feel scammed. You can find better pop sockets with thicker plastic at 5 Below
