Just received today

Thus far I’m loving it. I am concerned about how long it will hold up, it seems rather cheaply made as far as the pop up part especially since this thing was expensive!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't work with my charger and other issues

Just does not work with my wireless charger. Also very difficult to slide off my Android device. Not enough or right support for my have (I have rheumatoid arthritis). Just not the right fit for me (but is a well-made product)

Does not charge

I have multiple magnetic chargers and my iPhone 17 does not charge while OhSnap is attached. The stand is wimpy and it’s uncomfortable to hold unless I had tiny childlike fingers, and I’m only 115 lbs.

Miss the old grip

I recently got a new phone so I decided to get a new grip as well. The last time I bought one in 2023 you still stuck them directly to your case or phone and at first I was stoked that they switched to magnets only. Except it comes off at the time. If I stretch my thumb across my screen to far it pops right now and I’ve dropped my phone more than once this way. Also it’s not compatible with my car grip anymore. Falls right off on any turn. Didn’t realize I’d have to replace that too, even though the old one works fine.

Magnet Downgrade
on October 22, 2026

The magnets on the 5 are useless for a car mount. The hold isn't any better when using a snap charge. Major downgrade from the 4. I'm giving the item 2 stars b/c the grip and stand still work like the 4 and the color options for new iphones are great.

Mage case needed

I ordered because my pop socket kept falling off due to the adhesive failing. This one does not work with my case so I used the adhesive adapter which does not stick at all. The magnet is strong but it falls off constantly due to bad adhesive.

Only really for iphones

I like the design but it really only works for iPhones. If you have an android it doesnt stick well. Even if you clean the surface first. I dropped my phone and the whole thing came off.

Can’t Stand It

Very slim and good magnetic hold, but feels flimsy and very difficult to stand. OK for landscape orientation but really poor for vertical portrait orientation. Sorry I didn’t get the one with the kickstand.
