Struggles to close.

The idea of the product is great, but after a while the little “fingers” start folding in different directions and it will get stuck. Harder to close.

Flimsy

Product really isn't that great. Coming from the sturdiness and stability of a real pop socket this product feels like junk. It doesn't stay open once you open it, its limp. So if you take fingers out and go back with muscle memory often times its half closed and you miss and drop your phone. When closed, it doesn't snap or magnet close, im not sure exactly the method but it easily comes up, cause a a way snag or bump the phone out of your hand. The "one finger" method opens the linkage the opposite direction and if you try to close it that way your folding the linkage backwards on itself, clearly going to cause failure down the road. All this and I haven't even tried mounting it to my mag charger yet. I had high hopes for this product but for me it missed on just about every mark. The magnets are good, that's about it.

Works until it doesn’t

I was a long time pop socket user and switched because of the charge through capabilities. I liked it until it stopped snapping back. There are some small fingers type things to pop the tab up, once these twist and don’t go back together fluidly it’s toast and all you do is fight to close it.

Disappointing

This magnet is not nearly as strong as my previous grip. I regret getting a color. Not sure if it’s the color coating that makes the magnet not as strong. At the gym, I used to mount my phone by the magnet on the rack. Now it slides right down with the new oh snap grip in the coating pink color. I will only purchase black grips from here on out. Very disappointed.

Like it, but expected more

I love the ability to hold and use the kick stand but the claim that you can charge though it is true but it gets hot. I worry as it makes my phone laggy that it’s over heating it. Also the magnets to have it stick to metal isn’t as strong as I would like either. Those where functions I was really excited about but I catch myself having to watch to make sure it doesn’t fall off what I have stuck it to, and I have to take it off to wirelessly charge.
