Warranty replacement

Magnets were falling off. Just put a claim online and it was very quick, and within a week I had my new oh snap. It was amazingly easy. At first I wasn’t gonna do it. I tried using a pop socket again, but it’s so hard from going to this and back to pop socket. It’s just too bulky. And the magnetic side of it that holds the phone up is a game changer
I would recommend this to a friend!

First gen was better

Really loved the first grip I bought a few years ago, but the new version seems to have a weaker magnet. Because the grip is thinner than my phone’s camera bumps, the magnet already doesn’t make full contact with the surface. That plus the weaker magnet means my phone ends up sliding down vertical surfaces, which isn’t great.

A bit disappointed

I loved my previous OhSnap, which is exactly why I bought the new one to go with my new phone. Unfortunately, the magnets are far too weak to hold an iPhone Pro Max on other accessories, including OhSnap's own wall mount that I bought for my last grip. It doesn't hold on my car mount, charging stand, or anything else the way the previous generation did, so I constantly have to remove the grip. That's pretty inconvenient, especially since the old one attached so reliably to everything.On the positive side, it's removable, unlike the stick-on version, so it can easily move with me if I change cases. The quality is also excellent, as it always has been, and it still holds well to plain metal surfaces.Some people will love it, but for others like me, it misses the mark because of the weak hold on other accessories.

I have had a Snap Grip on my phone since Grip 1. I really like the thin profile and the magnet stays put. The only critique I have with Grip 5 is regarding the setup. I put the Android magnet adapter on the back of my phone per the instructions but the snap grip magnet is not strong enough to work with my case. I could have put the adapter on the inside of the case for a stronger magnetic connection had I known but it's fine in this situation because I plan on transferring the group to my new phone soon. An adhesive option would also have been better but still a 5 star product.

I literally used it for 2 days and it will not close back. It also does not work with a wireless charger.

I purchased this grip just over a month ago. It’s already broken. The supports are too thin/weak and bend the opposite direction. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Did not realize you could not charge through it

I did not realize that the charge would not work while it was on the back of the phone. Very disappointed, because I’m constantly having to take it off and put it back on... I tend to leave it at my office while it’s charging.
