Great Performance, but Frustrating Temperature Lim

I really like the Ninja DualZone™ 10-QT Dual Air Fryer, especially the convenience of being able to cook two different foods at once. The synchronization feature is awesome! I love being able to set each basket separately and have the air fryer time everything so both foods finish at the same time.
As far as cooking performance, the consistency and crisping are both great. Food comes out evenly cooked and gets nice and crispy. The ergonomics are also great—the air fryer is easy and comfortable to use. I haven't used the preheat feature yet, so I can't really comment on how well that works.
My biggest complaint is the temperature control. You can't select certain temperatures, which I find very annoying when a recipe calls for something specific. For example, if I need 340°F, I can't select it because the air fryer jumps from 330°F to 345°F. If I need 355°F, it goes from 350°F straight to 360°F. I really wish there were more precise temperature adjustments.
Another limitation is that the Broil function can only be used in one basket, which is disappointing for a dual-basket air fryer.
Overall, I really like the consistency, crisping, ergonomics, and especially the synchronization feature. Being able to cook two foods at once and have them finish together is incredibly convenient. However, the limited temperature settings are frustrating enough that I can't rate it higher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my dual air fryer. It works fine for my family of five. My entire meal prep time is much shorter now! I used to use my oven a lot and not it’s just this air fryer for almost everything. It’s much easier to clean after, you can wash buskers in dishwasher. I also bought disposable liners to clean less. It’s relatively quiet while working, it heats fast and cooks fast. I wish it can have even more baskets (quadro? lol)

One appliance that gets a lot of love in our house is our dual ninja airfryer. We use it for everything! From reheating up foods so it's a bit more crispy to making food from fresh. Its one thing that will always get use no matter what day or time

Cooks well and holds a lot of food

This is the best air fryer I’ve ever had! I recommend it to everyone. Just being able to cook two different things at once is amazing. Cooks food properly and holds a lot. I use liners but the drawers are easy to remove and clean. I loveeeee this air fryer. It seems to be holding up well.

Great compared to oven due to the sync and match feature for items that require different temps!

I love the ninja duel as I find a lot of products I cook have different temperature requirements or time to cook, this lets you sync or match the time so you can start the cooking for items that take less to match the end time of the other draw. Cooks so much quicker than oven and I like the different options of bake/roast etc. my only problem is sometimes items need shaking a few times or they’ll cook uneven.

I ‘m very satisfied with this Ninja DualZone Air Fryer . Setup was quick and easy. and the two independent baskets make it incredibly convenient to cook different foods at the same time. The food comes out crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside with very little oil. The Smart Finish feature is excellent because it allows both baskets to finish cooking at the same time . It’s also easy to clean, and the materials feel durable and high quality. It’s great choice for families or anyone looking to prepare quick, healthy meals.

I give it 4 stars only because when I match cook it seems like the cook time is longer for me. I do however enjoy the convenience of being able to have my chicken nuggets and tots going at the same time. An upgrade would be the baskets being bigger but it works. Had mine for 4 years and it’s still going strong.
