We're deeply unhappy to read that the unit is taking longer to cook than expected, and we can understand your concern about the noise after a month of use. When both cooking zones are in use, the unit's power is shared between them, which can result in longer cook times. When only one zone is being used, all available power is directed to that zone. We'd also love to look into the noise concern and make sure the unit is performing as intended. Please contact us using the number in the link below. We may ask for a short video call to assess the noise and, if needed, review your warranty options for a replacement.

Easy useage

This is a fantastic product, what I love the most about it is the speed it cooks food at and I am able to use this instead of heating up an oven. The size is perfect for a family of 4 and the food is nice and crispy. It’s not super noisy and the gold finish is very ascetically pleasing.

We absolutely love our ninja dual air fryer! We use it for pretty much everything, from chips to full chickens. It’s so much faster, easier to clean, quieter and safer to use than the oven!
Being neurodiverse i often forget and when using a regular oven I burn everything so having the ninja helps with that!

So far, so good! I am very pleased with my new Shark purchase.
It is very easy to use, and I especially appreciate how simple and convenient it is. The setup and operation have been straightforward, and so far, it has been a great experience.

Chipped paint after one day! The gold paint that I paid an extra $50 for chipped off the handles the day I got after, after once use. I imagine it being gone by the end of the week. It works well but the quality isn’t matching the mechanics.
