Annoying design flaw - otherwise so close to what I needed

I ordered the Knight Sling Backpack sight unseen as it's not available in the local shop. I like everything about the Knight . . . except for one annoying design flaw. The zippers on the two side pouches do NOT fully close, leaving a 1/2-3/4 inch opening at the top, exposing whatever is inside to the elements. It's possible that my bag is the exception, thus the 3 stars. If not, TUMI needs to revisit the Knight's design as this is not what I expect from a TUMI product.

Great Sling

This sling is exceptional. It has plenty of room for my Apple IPad Pro 11" with the protective case and keyboard. My only suggestion is to buy smaller utility bags to place into each compartment to better organize that compartment. Otherwise, items will stack onto each other, which would not optimize the space and make items harder to find in the bag.
No bag is perfect, but this bag is better than most bags and would highly recommend for those looking for a larger sling.
