This product when working properly is fantastic. The texture of the light ice cream is just amazing and I look forward to having one pretty much everyday. However, in the past two years I've had to buy do seperate machines because the both started to shed metal shards from the blade into the icecream. The first time this happened, I had had the product for a year so warrenty didn't work and the second time I had to argue with them for 2 months for a replacement even though the machine was only 4 months old. For the first machine, prior to the metal starting to shed, a black residue would come off of the blade even though I would clean it off like it said to do in the user manuel.

Endless frozen treats for summer

This has been such a fun addition to my kitchen, especially during the summer. I love experimenting with different recipes, from homemade ice cream and gelato to sorbet, frozen yogurt, and protein-packed treats. It's so easy to customize flavors with my favorite ingredients.
It's perfect for family gatherings and summer parties because everyone can create something they enjoy. The results are creamy, delicious, and taste just like a treat from an ice cream shop. If you love trying new recipes, the Ninja Creami Deluxe is definitely worth having!

Great product and company

I bought one of these and spun a pint on the wrong setting which unfortunately broke the machine. Ninja replaced it under the warranty and the new machine works perfectly and is great for making keto ice creams!

great product until it breaks

I loved the Ninja Creami. I had been gifted one, and it worked for about a month before the blade burnt up. This is with following directions exact, thawing for 20-30 minutes, and using the light ice cream setting. They were kind enough to replace it, and unfortunately it broke again. This time, there was an issue with the with the motor and it stopped working. Months later, I bought another because I loved the product so much and it felt worth another try. I originally had the XL quart versions so I switched to the standard pint. Again, being super careful, this creami #3 broke. The motor went out again and the blade dropped. I wanted to trust this product and I still love it, but even being extremely careful and meticulous this appliance does not last.

So I got one as a gift and the lights indicated something was wrong, so they sent a new one right away. This one had the same issue. Looking online a lot of Reddit posters said actually the manual is now wrong about the install light but the folks at the Ninja help line could not confirm - and they sent me a third, more deluxe model. Seemed odd that two units would have the same issue, but I was impressed that the people on the help line worked so hard to make it right. So far so good with the product itself. I've liked what I've made but haven't made much yet.

I absolutely love the Ninja Creamy XL 11-1! It has earned a permanent spot on my kitchen counter because we use it all the time. I love how easy and convenient is to make everything from ice cream and frozen yogurt to smoothies, milkshakes and even pina coladas. The XM capacity is perfect for making enough to share and I enjoy customizing every recipe with our favorite ingredients. It consistently delivers creamy results and has become one of my favorite kitchen appliances for creating homemade frozen treats.
