This is a replacement machine; I use it about 2-3 times per week (as iIdid the previous one). It is a delight to use. The exit from the machine is so much easier and smoother. It may be my imagination, but I think it is even little bit quieter. Thus far there has been no difficulty with the blade or the drill.

I bought this machine 1 year ago. Although the machine does what it is supposed to do it is extremely loud. Company should try to rectify this problem. You expect some noise but this is excessive. It sounds like a plane revving to take off.

Blade catching on Fire, Twice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Ninja Creami Deluxe for Christmas in 2025. I have used it maybe a total of 12 times. The machine made a loud noise, and I looked at it and the blade caught on fire. I ordered a new blade, and now the blade will not stay in the lid. There were also metal shavings in my cup. After taking everything apart and putting it back together, the blade will not stay in the lid. I paid a lot for this product and am extremely disappointed in the fact that this is the second blade, and it caught on fire again. There were also more fire shavings when I tried to make another creami with the new blade!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was delivered Saturday morning and by dinner time we were enjoying an amazing sorbet! *We had a package of frozen berries to speed up the process. It was so easy to use and can’t wait to work our way through the recipe book!
