Machine is great, I've made the icecream, slushie and a frozen hot chocolate all were great. The slushies are not like the watery ones you get at a store but you can just add more liquid to make it more like them. the Vanilla ice cream was tasted just like a soft serve one. most times I need to do a re spin. I wish It came with more containers. I had to order mine from the US site since its not available in Canada which cost me an extra shipping cost. it only took about 5 days to get from California to the east coast of Canada with Fedex.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this machine so much that I didn't deduct a star for the extreme noise it makes. I love that I can enjoy both full fat ice cream and healthier fruit only sorbet. I highly recommend to everyone.

This was purchased as a gift for my son and his fiance. They absolutely love it. We stopped in yesterday for a visit and they whipped up one of their low sugar chocolate peanut butter ice cream and all I can say O.M.G! It was the Best ice cream I have ever tasted. I'm so looking forward to trying it out on Margaritas at the actual shower 🍹.

Probably won't read anything different here. It is loud, but only for about 5 minutes at the most. I bought the Deluxe because of the Frap options, makes good Fraps. We had other ice cream makers, but once made even using lot of cream, it was hard like concrete. But with the Creami you can put already made ice cream from the night before back into the Creami and...Its soft and great again. Buy extra mixing containers.

Stopped working second time using

The metal thing in the middle is down and stuck. Can’t turn it on or off. We’ve unplugged and plugged. We got it Friday and it was our second time using it. Help

Great concept, Cheap parts

I love the Ninja Creami however, after only like the 5th use I am unable to use it anymore due to the outer lid getting stuck to the base and breaking. The lid has a really cheap release button and plastic clip and breaks super easily. Went to order a replacement part and out of stock. Ninja should definitely reconsider the materials used for this part anyways, especially after only getting a couple of uses out of it before it breaks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it except for one important thing!

I have had my ninja creami for close to a year now. A couple times I’ve noticed little shreads of curly plastic in my ice cream. I assumed it was the brush I was cleaning the blade with so I stopped and still saw the plastic pieces when I made my next batch. Today I noticed the inside of the container you make the ice cream in had shreads of plastic missing after I ate some of it and stopped because I saw plastic in it again. I love the concept of this machine but god knows how much plastic I’ve consumed. This is a flaw that needs to be addressed asap before people get sick!
