Broke in less than 2 months

I bought the Creami Deluxe less than 2 months ago. I have used it maybe a total of 8 times. The machine made a loud noise now the blade will not stay in the lid. There was also metal shavings in my cup. After taking everything apart and putting it back together, the blade will not stay in the lid. I paid a lot for this product and am extremely disappointed that it now does not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bowl always gets stuck when making anything. Currently stuck again.

Ice cream please and much more

I purchased the Deluxe 11 in 1 and I enjoy this machine so much - I didn’t think it was going to churn the ice cream to perfection but I was wrong. I have made several pints since I purchased this ‘member of the family’. Yes, I deem it a member of my family. I do have one suggestion find a way to make it do this great work quieter. But I’m okay with the ‘could be less noisy’ machine because it is producing just what I want. I am very happy I spent the money. Read the manual first so you will know how to operate. Easy to clean, sleek, at this point seems durable, and very easy to use. I like this one. I recommend this product.

Warranty don't cover parts ninja knows break easy

Used 3 times and the pint no longer locks into machine. It is also not covered by warranty and it's a known issue. Has turned out to waste of money but ninja made a profit.

Overpriced and overrated. If you’re seriously addicted to ice cream then maybe this is the answer but if it’s a casual treat this is wayyyyyyy to much money.

Broke in barely a month

Bought mid August. As of today, 9/25, the unit is flashing through the size selection (top, bottom, full) and won’t let me proceed. Tech support was very frustrating, I had to repeat what the issue was at least a dozen times and they seemed confused (which makes me think there is no known issue of this happening, which instills little confidence in ninja products), the video call function wasn’t working on their end yet I was made to try this feature four separate times. After a half hour of absolutely no progress, ginally they just agreed to replace the unit but I’m not real jazzed about a receiving something that will likely just break also.
I will not buy another ninja product again after this experience, after a ninja coffee and espresso machine I had leaked incessantly for no reason and it was a known issue they never bothered to fix. They clearly churn out sub-par products at a premium price and make customers jump through hoops to have it made right.
