Had this about a month now. Makes ok ice cream. A lot of the times, you have to remix several times.
The blade has already fell off 3 times into the quart.
After mixing, if you leave it plugged in, the next time using it you have to unplug it, even if you use it the next day as it will not power on.

I am so ecstatic that I FINALLY pulled the plug and ordered this! I have been obsessed with creating different recipes and learning from other Ninja Creami users! My husband is an ice cream lover and he’d gladly eat ice cream every day for dessert, but the calories and sugar content in GOOD TASTING store bought ice creams interfered with his healthy food choices. He now is more obsessed with this Creami than he anticipated because he can create his own recipes and therefore he knows exactly what ingredients he’s putting into them. He’s like a kid in a candy store! We are both so thrilled to have this Creami and I only wished I had purchased it sooner!

Used it several times. At times you have to respin it 5 or 6 times to get it soft serve.
A little disappointed in that aspect.
Still learning , has made some very good ice cream also.
