I am giving a 4 at this time because I have not used all the controls yet. The ones I have used are great! The slushie probably has to be my favorite right now. The shaved ice is so delicate. I want a snow cone everyday!

The Ninja Creami Deluxe 11-in-1 is an absolute game-changer for anyone who loves making homemade frozen treats! I’ve had this machine for a few weeks now, and it’s been a delightful addition to my kitchen. The versatility of this appliance is truly impressive, allowing me to make everything from creamy ice cream and gelato to smoothies and sorbets with ease.
What I love most is how simple it is to use. The preset programs take the guesswork out of the process, and the results are consistently smooth and delicious. The mix-in function is a fun feature that lets me add all sorts of goodies like chocolate chips, nuts, or fruit, creating customized treats that everyone in my family enjoys. Plus, the 11-in-1 functionality means I can experiment with different textures and flavors, keeping things exciting.
Cleanup is relatively easy, especially since most parts are dishwasher-safe. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the machine is a bit noisy, which might be a concern for some people, especially if you’re making treats late at night. Additionally, it does take up a fair amount of counter space, so you’ll need to make sure you have room for it.

Does NOT last even with careful use

Bought in May and have loved until loud noise out of after 4 months. Now blade will not stay in lid when machine tries to engage to spin. Always careful to follow directions and watch everything to be sure not to stress machine unnecessarily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it, but slight after taste

I love the ninja. I made my first icecream using a TikTok recipe with my classroom and the kids as well as the adults loved it. The only problem there was a slight metallic taste after each spoonful. I attributed the after task to the blade, but upon reading a few reviews I believe it was the containers
