Great Machine with One Big Glitch

Recent versions of this machine have a glitch. You have to physically unplug the machine to be able to turn it back on once it's been sitting overnight. Ninja's service team (which has otherwise been excellent) claimed this is an intentional feature to protect the motor from overheating. Not only is that explanation ridiculous, versions of the Ninja Deluxe from 6+ months ago don't have this problem. Having to unplug and plug this in every time I use the ninja is a minor inconvenience. I just hope this doesn't indicate future issues related to the motor protection function. Otherwise, I love the device, though the instruction could have been more clear. This is a 5-star device though they lost 2 stars for not taking responsibility for this issue with recent units.

The Creami was good and I loved it, but they lied about giving you extra pins because I didn’t receive extra pins at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my Creami Deluxe!

We have made many flavors of ice cream and they have all turned out great. I just made Mandarin Orange Sorbet. I am so pleased with my Creami. It is necessary to plan ahead. I can't just think I'd like ice cream--there's a 24-hour freeze before I can eat ice cream. But it's worth the wait.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this about a month ago and have made several different ice creams and sherbets. I am kicking myself for not having an ice cream maker before. It is so easy, doesn’t take much time at all. I am making high quality ice cream with high quality ingredients that I control at a fraction of the cost of a good store bought ice cream.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best kitchen gadget I ever purchased

Got it couple weeks ago and used it for the first time outstanding little machine and recipes taste great. Fast easy to use not as noisy as I thought according to other reviews about like a blender crushing ice. Don’t really need to freeze mix 24 hrs just make sure it’s frozen all the way through I stuck a knife all the way down through the center to make sure

Have to replug everytime

I have to unplug and replug the device everytime I have to use it. Got a replacement and the same thing keeps happening. Tiredome thing to do for a machine that is not that cheap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
