Terrible machine

I bought this less than a year ago and the machine started to overheat and start smoking when it was on the blade and the lid is destroyed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great until the paddle mixer fell off

I bought the ninja creami 2 years ago. It worked fine until today when the paddle mixer fell off the "drill bit" during use, causing the metal to strip and unleash shavings into the food. There was nothing wrong with how I installed it all to cause this to happen. Of course the warranty is only 1 year so I feel SOL. The food and drinks this device could make were awesome, but not awesome enough if the product can't last 2 years. Hugely disappointed.

Terrible machine. Decent Ice Cream.

This unit broke after FOUR uses. LIterally four. Now, look, I've had it for 2 years. I received it as a gift and I admit I barely used it. When I finally did. I got 4 pints out of it before the blade and locking pin ground down to almost nothing and left a smoking MESS in my ice cream. I get it, I'm out of warranty, but just for anyone who does want to buy one expect it to fail after VERY few uses. Oh, and Ninja DOES NOT REPAIR they're products. They only replace parts. What a HUGE WASTE.

Buy if you want plastic ice cream

Ice cream is not edible. It tastes like plastic. I didn’t even use the machine. Something is wrong with the containers. I was exited to try the machine but was very disappointed that I wasted time and money making a batch of ice cream that went into the trash. I cleaned the containers and everything before use.

We are loving our new machine. Just trying to get use to planning and the wait time in the freezer.
Milkshakes were great, fresh fruit and juice was delicious. Dole whip is tomorrow night!

Bought the creamy and the waffle maker. Waffle maker works like a dream. The creamy however blew a fuze and does not work on the first use. same power point as the waffle maker. As I live outside of North America, I am now left with an expensive doorstop...
