I think the best z fold yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new form factor of the z fold 8. I've always like the flip series for the size in my pocket but the fold for the screen size. I think the z fold 8 makes a good combination of the both small in pocket but has a big screen. Plus the battery life is way better then my z fold 7 which is a huge upgrade.

New orientation, same screen dimensions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very glad I chose the new Galaxy Z Fold 8 to replace my older Fold model. the new orientation fits better in my pocket, the new model is lighter and thinner and seems just as high in quality has the last three Fold models I have owned. cannot wait to see how well it does over the long term!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used every Galaxy Fold Samsung has released (with the exception of the tri-fold), so I thought I knew exactly what to expect from the Fold series. I was wrong. The Galaxy Z Fold 8's new passport-style form factor has made me fall in love with foldables all over again.
This is what I've always wanted a foldable to feel like. The wider outer display makes everyday tasks like typing, messaging, scrolling, and checking email feel natural, while opening it up still gives me that incredible tablet-sized experience when I want it.
Watching content is better. Reading on Kindle is better. Multitasking is better. And because the Fold 8 can replace multiple devices I might otherwise carry, my everyday carry is actually smaller.
After owning nearly every generation, I Chose the Galaxy Z Fold 8 because it finally feels like the form factor has matured into exactly what a foldable phone should be. Samsung didn't just improve the Fold this year... they made me excited about it all over again.

I’ve always used foldables because I genuinely wanted a different form factor than the standard candy bar phone, but past generations always came with real compromises. **I chose** the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 to see if Samsung could finally refine the hardware, and they nailed it. Upgrading to this generation made me realize how far the technology has come.
The first thing that blew me away is just how light this device feels. Weighing only 201 grams, it’s actually lighter than a lot of traditional flagships, which means no more hand fatigue when scrolling or typing. Sitting at just 9.7 mm when folded, it slides into a pocket without feeling like a bulky brick. The cover screen aspect ratio feels completely natural, making one-handed use totally effortless. I can easily reach my thumb across the display to reply to texts or check notifications with one hand while holding a cup of coffee with the other.
Unfolding the phone is where the screen design really shines. The 7.6-inch main display is bright, crisp, and gorgeous for watching videos or multitasking. Samsung’s new titanium layer underneath makes the crease practically disappear when looking at it straight on. Closed, it gives you smooth single-handed utility; open, it’s an expansive tablet canvas. Samsung built an absolute winner here, and it’s easily a 9.5 out of 10 for me.
