Unfolding it gives you an even better mini tablet feel for media and apps. It is sleeker, lighter, and surprisingly cute in the hand, making everyday use pure fun.
A major upgrade over the Fold 6 in all the right ways.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never owned a fold phone before. But I've always had a Samsung Galaxy S Series phone and I absolutely love them. So I figured I'd give this one a shot because I really love the look of it. I am so happy that I did because wow this phone is perfect. I'm not someone who does all these fancy things with phones but with this phone I just might. Phone is so thin and very light. Very Snappy and the battery life I'm getting a day and a half out of it. At first I was skeptical because of the price but now I see it's completely Justified. Absolutely love the phone.

Best phone ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the galaxy z fold 8 for my first ever foldable phone and I have to say, this is the most amazing phone I have ever used! The size is perfect and the new tech for the folding screen exceeded my expectations. You cannot see or feel the crease at all. I have never been much of a gamer, but I find myself playing games on the z fold 8 inner display just because it looks so good and makes it fun having the larger screen. I highly recommend this device and I show off the features to everyone who asks about my phone!

The Phone I Was Waiting For

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super happy and surprised with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8. I wanted a foldable, but the form factor in the past didn't fit my needs. But with the Z Fold8, the passport style form factor is perfect!
I can reach everything (top, bottom and sides) easily with my finger and the 3:4 aspect ratio let's me have a wide enough view of content that works perfectly. Even watching video gives that theater feeling with less black bars.
Opening this device let's me feel like I have a mini tablet of a perfect size that I wanted that allows me to be productive. Having multiple apps open, such as Samsung Notes and Gallery, I can drag and drop images where I need them without having to swap between apps.
I also like the practical and creative uses of AI on the device, from Now Brief or the new Now Nudge to Creative Studio and the translation feature. Using Samsung Keyboard helps a lot when I need to translate to another language when needing to chat or comment.
The battery also charges surprisingly fast! Just 15 to 20 minutes gets me where I need to be and I am very, very satisfied.
But again, the form factor is the biggest reason I like the Galaxy Z Fold8 so much. Honestly it makes the phone feel fun and exciting again. I'll be using this as my device, not only for watching content, but also practical productivity in my daily life.

The perfect media viewing device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought that I would choose a foldable phone until I saw this one. I thought phones were getting too big and long but I chose to pull the trigger on this one because of its smaller folded size and the bigger screen on the inside for watching videos and doing a lot of things that I would normally use a laptop for. I love that it's the best of both worlds and you don't need to carry around a huge screen all the time but it's there when you need it.
