[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade from the z fold 7 to the z fold 8, mostly it was the new form factor that attracted my attention. I was a little skeptical at first as to how I would feel about it, but after only having it for a day so far, I am already IN LOVE WITH THIS PHONE! The new form factor is perfect for having a nice and compact device when i just need basic functionality and yet still having the larger inner display when i want it. I have larger hands so I can perfectly reach the whole front screen and it's amazingly comfy to hold. So glad I took a chance and tried it out!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best looking ZFold, the battery lasts a lot longer with a wider screen but very handy at the same time. The screen is great the renewal rate is amazing with a high resolution to enjoy video, movies or just pictures. This phone comes with a fully immersive AI experience. I simply love my phone!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just upgraded from my beloved Fold 6 to the Fold 8 and I'm loving the new dimensions! I chose the Fold 8 over the Ultra because I'd always wanted the "wide" form factor that other brands have done before, but I am a Samsung loyalist, so the choice was immediate. I mostly use my phone for watching videos, a little gaming, and as a song lyric prompter during live performances. It feels way better in the hand than the 6 does especially in the vertical orientation.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I do like the new Fold 8 (wide). It's a bit awkward holding and especially typing when it's unfolded. The screen looks great on most apps. Facebook doesn't play nice with Android tablets and that's how it works even though this is technically a phone. The speakers are loud enough but a bit tinny. The battery life is pretty good. Maybe a smidge worse that the S26U. So far I'm still adjusting and tweaking settings. I'm actually deciding wether or not to keep this or return to my galaxy S26U.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new design for the Z Fold 8 is very impressive and I love how they created it to be in between the fold and the flip. It's so portable, not to big or too slim. Just right. Fits in your hand comfortably. I chose the Z Fold 8 for the capabilities it offers such as it can be a phone on the cover screen and a tablet when you open it. I love it so much! I can definitely see myself using this quite a lot in college. I highly recommend the Z Fold 8. Also watching Netflix when opened is quite amusing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the new Z Fold 8 I chose has been a great fresh experience! Being able to have a convenient passport form factor that can open into a full tablet size is amazing for watching videos or working remotely.
Fold that feels like a complete, polished flagship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fold that feels like a complete, polished flagship with no compromises. Compared to my previous Fold, this is a major upgrade in almost every way.
The first thing I noticed was how much better it feels in the hand. It's thinner, lighter, and significantly more comfortable to carry and use every day. The refinements may seem subtle on paper, but in real-world use they make a huge difference.
The performance is outstanding. Everything is incredibly fast and fluid, whether I'm multitasking across multiple apps, browsing, gaming, or watching videos. Samsung has also continued to refine the software experience, making the large inner display even more useful for productivity.
The displays are gorgeous. The inner screen is immersive, vibrant, and bright, while the cover screen finally feels like a phone I'd happily use all day without constantly opening the device. The hinge is smoother, the overall build quality feels premium, and the device inspires confidence every time I open it.
Battery life has been excellent for my usage, easily getting me through a full day, and the cameras consistently produce fantastic photos.
What really stands out is how refined the entire experience has become. This doesn't feel like an experimental foldable anymore—it feels like the future of smartphones has finally arrived.
If you've been holding onto an older Fold and wondering whether the upgrade is worth it, my answer is an emphatic yes. The Galaxy Z Fold8 is a substantial leap forward, and
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose Galaxy Z fold8 because of the size and fold screen. I found it above and beyond my expectation. Have been using Samsung phones and love everyone I owned. My family keep taking my new fold8 to use. They are loving it as well. I like the size can.now out in my pant pocket easlier. When open and use the whole screen, its like mini touchpad. two devices in one. Love it.
