[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe this form factor will define the next decade of mobile devices. with the quality and durability of Fold 8, looks like foldable phones are not 100% viable and will become the norm soon.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Z Fold8 because I wanted one device that could work like a normal phone when I am on the move, but give me a much larger screen whenever I need it. I previously used and loved the Galaxy Z Flip6, so I was already sold on Samsung's foldable experience, but moving to the Fold8 has been a huge upgrade for how I use my phone every day.
The cover screen is great for quick messages, browsing and everyday apps, but opening the Fold8 completely changes the experience. Multitasking is one of my favorite features. I use it during my weekly Dungeons & Dragons games with split screen, keeping my character sheet open on one side and my notes on the other. Being able to see both at the same time without constantly switching between apps has made the Fold8 genuinely useful at the gaming table.
I loved the compact design of my Flip6, but I am extremely happy I made the jump to the Fold8. The larger inner display is useful for web browsing, videos, gaming and multitasking, while the phone still feels comfortable as an everyday device.
The Flip6 made me a fan of foldables, and the Fold8 has made me want to stay with them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's that time of year again where all the big brands come out with new products. Looking through all the countless Youtube reviewers, I chose the New Galaxy Z Fold 8 and I am so happy I did! The passport shape is more comfortable than my previous Z Fold 7, and the front display is amazing. I can do most anything I want to accomplish with the front screen and opening for the full display is a joy when watching movies or videos. I highly recommend this phone for anyone looking for an upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first fold phone, while being with samsung for years. I chose the z fold 8 because of it size. It was the first damsung fold that really caught my attention. Might have to get used to the camera since going from a s24 ultra to it, but really excited to see how I like it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you Samsung for the innovation you strive for with the fold series. My one note is please give the regular 8 stero speakers for when it's unfolded. The one major con is all the speakers on the left side when unfolded.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying this phone. I was hesitant at first because of the different shape. However, I am so glad I chose to take the leap and order .. This feels more like a mini tablet than a phone. It's wonderful, it's not too small, and it's not too big, and the weight is so much lighter than my galaxy fold 5 that I replaced. it's perfect! Thank you samsung!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always had 2 phones and they've been the S Ultra series for a while now, but I wanted something new. The Z Fold 8 was the first folding phone to really catch my attention and I'm glad I jumped on the pre order. I love this form factor of a short wide display and the features that come with it. I've pondered over the larger fold 8 ultra and it's predecessors but holding it in hand it had a few down sides that never made me pull the trigger, but hands down the passport size of the Fold 8 just felt right. I might replace my S26 ultra for the larger Z Fold 8 ultra since I am enjoying this smaller version so much. I'd say if you consume a ton of content the ZFold 8 is perfect, if you want to do more bussiness related stuff I would get the Fold 8 ultra, either way samsung makes a great product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z fold 8 is an AMAZING product. The crease is practically nonexistent, the multitasking that can be done on the phone is unmatched. I chose this model specifically for reading and having a phone that displays as a book would is the cherry on top.
