This Z Fold 8 is compact and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Z Fold 8 for a replacement phone. It is small and compact and fits in my back pocket nicely. Even with a rugged case. It folds out to a surprisingly large screen. It's fast and seamlessly transferred from my old phone. I use the samsung watch and other devices and it works well together.

I can multitask so effortlessly and efficient! And the cover screen is awesome, I love how I can reach the entire screen with one hand use. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Just make sure you get a solid case for it!

Exceptional Form Factor and Versatility

It feels remarkably sleek and light when closed, fitting comfortably in my pocket, but unfolding it into a full mini tablet completely transforms multitasking and browsing. While I still wish it had a true flagship camera setup, the overall hardware is outstanding. I am super happy with how practical it is day to day and very glad I chose it. Its also great for gaming!

The Zfold 8 is almost prefect, and that's just being greedy. One inch higher without losing the width and better speakers would be prefectVery happy i got the new phone.

The Best Fold Yet for Work and Everyday Life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned every Galaxy Fold since the very first generation, and every year I've enjoyed watching the series evolve. I chose the Galaxy Z Fold8 because Samsung continues to push the limits of what a smartphone can be.
The large foldable display has completely changed the way I work. Whether I'm answering emails, reviewing documents, managing spreadsheets, or multitasking with multiple apps, I can comfortably work from almost anywhere without feeling like I need to open my laptop. The combination of incredible performance and the expansive display makes this device a true productivity powerhouse.
What makes the Galaxy Z Fold8 my favorite Fold yet is the new screen aspect ratio. I'm genuinely happy that Samsung finally made this change. The display now feels much closer to the proportions of a regular PC screen, making documents, websites, and multitasking feel more natural and comfortable. It has made a noticeable difference in my daily workflow and allows me to be even more productive.
Of course, it's also fantastic for streaming videos, browsing the web, reading, and enjoying games on the beautiful large display. After using every Galaxy Fold generation, I can confidently say that the Galaxy Z Fold8 is the most refined, practical, and enjoyable Fold Samsung has ever made. It truly feels like carrying a powerful computer in my pocket, and I couldn't be happier with my upgrade.

A great new shap and desing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Fold 8 after owning the Flip 1,3, and 5 I loved the compact nature of the flip model. But once I saw the fold desing it was time for upgrade.
Things I love
1. shape (easy to hold)
2. the crease is so much better.
3. Speedy and battery.
4. One UI
Things i Dont like
1. Samsung holding the 3 rear camers for the next update.
2. price wow talk about sticker shock.
3.I NEED FLEX MODE.
This is a great phone for people who have never had a fold.

Samsung galaxy Z fold 8

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first foldable phone and let me tell you, hands down the most exciting thing I've gotten since I was a kid on Christmas and opened up my brand new gaming console. Im 30 years old and I feel like a kid all over again. For some, I chose the fold 8 to be my next upgrade after owning the S24 ultra for awhile because I've been waiting for a foldable that was more compact. I love the idea of opening a phone and turning it into a tablet. The best things about this phone is the size and compact. Playing games, watching movies, and even doing school work on this has been amazing. Honestly was really surprised how comfortable it was to take my phone to school and multi task my book and notes side by side and have enough room to see everything. Best investment of all time. Can't wait to see what samsung comes out next in the near future!

The fold dimensions I've been waiting for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a big fan of the Galaxy Z Fold phones since their inception. While they have all been pleasant to use, I have always felt the proportions to be awkward in daily usage. I chose the new Galaxy Z Fold 8 for it's passport style dimensions and I can happily say that these are the proportions I have been looking for.
The front screen is wide enough for images in content to render well. I find that the shorter height has actually helped me focus better when consuming content such as news feeds, etc, since I have fewer "next items" on screen at a time. I can't understate how much this subtle difference has made me enjoy using my phone more. I feel like I am doing less doomscrolling and more engaging with content.
For content where a larger screen is useful, the transition to the inner screen is smooth and keeps me in the content. The landscape orientation is wonderful for images and movies, while the vertical orientation is great for reading longer articles.
And while the Z Fold 8 has fewer camera lenses than my previous Z Fold 7, the pictures I have taken with it have been stunning. More than enough for my needs as an avid world traveler who likes to take photos. I have been particularly impressed with the low light photos.
