[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though I already had the s26 ultra, the moment I saw the Fold 8's form factor, I felt that I had to have the phone!!! Now that I've had the phone for several days, my gut feeling has been affirmed. It's an awesome phone for my daily needs, which involve browsing, gaming, reading, and multi-tasking.
I love the portable form factor of the phone and the fact that the cover screen is more than enough to do pretty much anything. When it's not, you can seamlessly transfer to the larger, inner display. I love using multiple apps side by side on the inner display, and I hope more apps optimize to fit the Fold 8's aspect ratio soon.
I haven't been able to put my phone down for a while, and that means something coming from someone who has a tablet, PC, and e-reader on hand. I keep reaching for the Fold 8 instead!
This phone is exactly what it needs to be, packs a punch, small, effective and versatile for everyday use. The battery life is fantastic and absolute monster. Gorgeous display both screens, since I got it it was enough for me to do work on the go, read papers as well. If you are healthcare provider who enjoys reading articles, books and doing notes this phone is absolutely perfect. This form factor size and ratio should definitely go for long run.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with the Z Fold 8 form and functionality. This is my 4th foldable from Samsung. While I have foldables from at least 2 other brands but I chose to return to Samsung as the quality of the phone and polish of One UI make a huge difference. This phone is an excellent tool for both content consumption and multitasking. Glad to see the company offering more options in the foldable field.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thw Galaxy Z Fold 8 is the best phone of the year. The form factor just works. I can do most things from the front screen, but when I want to settle in and watch content the inner screen shines. I absolutely love this phone. I chose the Fold 8 for the style, the productivity capability, and the software. All around this is hands down the best phone of the year. Once you use one, you won't want to use another phone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the new Galaxy Z Fold 8 for various reasons. Comfortable size and productivity mostly but once I got around to use it daily I see much more innovative features and easy to use apps. It's been a smooth transition from my Galaxy S24+ and I would say this new model is a contender for a revolutionary change.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy Z Fold 8 over the ultra cause of the pocket able formfactor. It feels like I have both an ultra portable phone and an iPad mini, so much so that I don't even feel the need to bring my ipad around anymore when I travel. Amazing 2 in 1 phone!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this model mainly because of its new shape, and I have to say that I’m pleasantly surprised. It’s quite compact, with a very good aspect ratio for the front screen, while the large internal display is excellent. It feels great in the hand and is extremely responsive. The only disappointment is the average camera performance. It’s good, but unfortunately not as good as the Fold 8 Ultra. Another huge improvement is Samsung’s transfer app. Moving all my data, settings, and apps from my old smartphone to the new one was much easier and smoother than before. I’m still exploring all its features, but so far, I really love this phone. As usual, Samsung remains at the forefront of the smartphone industry, releasing new and innovative models on schedule and continuing to attract customers from conventional smartphones that are starting to feel increasingly outdated. In my opinion, folding smartphones are the future. They offer a level of versatility, multitasking, and functionality that traditional smartphones simply cannot match.
