Grand slam on the Z Fold 8

Upgrading from a Z Flip 7

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved my Z Flip 7 but damage to the screen made it necessary to find a new phone. I chose the Z Fold8 over the Z Fold 8 Ultra because of its more compact size. Using the phone flipped open to respond to emails while holding the phone is a bit awkward so have ordered a grip/stand add-on to use on the MagSafe case I have put on the phone. However, being able to respond to emails and have full functionality on the external screen is a huge benefit over the functionality of the external screen on the Z Flip 7, such that opening the phone to use the large internal screen may only be needed when accessing media - for which the stand which has been ordered will be quite handy.

Better than I thought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am coming from a s24 ultra. I loved that phone but it was time for an upgrade. My carrier was doing a great pre sale trade in so I got the z fold 8 in the base 256g. The form factor is perfect for me. The size feels like my old blackberry. When I open it up it's a tablet. I'm in sales and readband sign a lot of contracts. The big main screen is the perfect size and it has made my old tablet obsolete. It allows me to do many things that would require my laptop previously. My only gripe is it isn't S Pen comparable. Maybe at some point Samsung will bring back that functionality. But even if they don't, this phone is great.

Perfect size for multitasking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to get the z fold 8 after zflip has been my favorite phone due to pockability. This is the happy medium between all the phone out it's fits beautiful in your hand the design with the light feeling is un matched. The screen is the perfect size and I love Samsung updates app features where we don't need good lock to install apps on the front screen which is Awesome. The inner display is what I love the most it's big enough to watch shows movies or social media while still being small enough to fit in one hand comfortably. I love the side by apps multitasking which makes doing more things faster and easy battery life ain't half bad you can go a 8hr full work day before having to charge it up. I have the lavender one which is pretty disappointing they didn't have a blue version a cotton candy sky blue would have been fire and s-pen would of been great too but I guess we will get that at a later time. I can't see me going back to no another phone this new version just make sense and with some tweaks and updates and more color options this is the phone to beat in the market in my opinion. If you don't have it your missing out because to have a mini phone on the outside and mini tablet inside you get the best of both worlds and that you can't get anywhere else!

Most Engaging Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most engaging phone I have ever owned. I could do everything, mostly one handed, from the main screen. The cameras are decent and the sound is very good. This phone is like getting three screens. The outer display has me more into my social media apps and the customization on this phone is the best by far. Then you open the phone to have access to the larger screen and then you turn it to get another different size screen. It's very light and the battery has been nothing short of amazing. I almost can't wait to see what they'll do next but for now it's just been an amazing experience. I still can't stop touching this phone to engage even further. I absolutely love it. It's become my phone, MP3 player, video player and it's perfect for playing all sorts of games on. This couldn't be more perfect for me

The best phone for reading and multitasking

The ability to fit a small tablet right in my pocket is fantastic, especially as an avid reader—having my entire digital library with me everywhere is incredibly convenient. Performance and multitasking on this phone are top-tier, and the battery easily lasts through the day. The camera takes great photos, though it took me a little time to adjust my grip; using a magnetic case with a ring holder meant my finger occasionally blocked the camera lens at first. Overall, this is an outstanding device, and I hope to use it for years to come.
