Great for a carry on or checked luggage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just took the Tumi Ventra Large Expandable Carry-On on a trip to Salt Lake City for my son’s national soccer qualifiers, and I was honestly impressed by how much we were able to fit into it.
The design is really well thought out. My son is a goalkeeper, so he travels with a lot of gear, and this carry-on made it easy to keep everything organized. The shoe compartment ended up being the perfect spot for his goalkeeper gloves, keeping them separate from the rest of his things. Everything had a place, which made packing and unpacking much easier.
The quality was noticeable right away. The materials feel sturdy, the zippers are smooth, and the bag feels like it is built to last through a lot of travel.
The wheels were also fantastic. We moved through airports, parking garages, and hotels without any trouble. The bag rolled smoothly and was easy to maneuver, even when it was packed full.
My favorite thing about this carry-on is how much it holds without feeling overstuffed. We fit all of his uniforms, a soccer ball, extra gear, snacks for travel, and even a few souvenirs we picked up along the way. The expandable feature gave us even more flexibility when we needed it.
The funniest part is that my son has already decided this is his suitcase now. Any parent of a traveling athlete knows how hard it can be to pack all the gear they need, and this carry-on made the whole process so much easier.

OUTSTANDING luggage

First of all the hard shell gives me confidence it will protect all my necessities then you open it up and the separate compartments is AMAZING. I used it as a weekend bag for my children and it was perfect. There was enough room on each side to pack for both of them while keeping it separate. The bag was lightweight, even when full and has a smooth glide. The lock component also gave me reassurance and was easy to use. The quality is unbeatable. The zippers are amazing, the soft feel of the inside components scream high quality. Again cannot overstate how nice the hard shell on the outside is either. This product would DEFINITELY be worth the premium price because it seems to be well made and durable.

That being said, it is a very large suitcase and we wanted something that could fit nicely as a carry-on. This is a very high quality suitcase, I love how you're able to stuff a little more into it and it can still zip closed! This is a very nice addition to our luggage collection. highly recommend.

Best Luggage for an avid traveler

The Tumi Ventra is one of the best options you can find when it comes to your carryon. It is extremely light and compact, yet holds an impressive amount on the inside. Some of favorite features are that on the inside you can zip up not one side, but both, creating a really secure and compressed compartment. There are so many pockets for keeping your items organized. I really loved the inclusion of the small garment bag for laundry. The TSA lock is built in to the zippers, which is so easy to use. It can expand on the outside, as well, for more room.
When it comes to aesthetic, this carryon is beautiful! The little details like the handles, wheels, shape, all are so simple, but stand out in the best way. It’s sleek and modern, which I personally love for my style. It rolls extremely well. It is smooth and easy to maneuver in busy airports. The handle comes up and collapses really well. I do wish it were a little thicker, but it hasn’t affected the ease of use, so it’s easy for me to overlook.
I am extremely impressed with this carryon and will use it for years to come. My favorite thing is that the design is beautiful, but it’s also an extremely practical carryon. From the pockets, to the zippers, to the built in TSA lock, this one is a standout for me.

Working Mama’s “go to travel bag”

I don’t have time to organize very well but this Tumi luggage has made traveling one step easier. It has multiple compartments inside to organize everything I through in.
Things are also well separated so if my shampoo explodes it doesn’t ruin everything in my bag. It easily expands if (or more likely) when I overpack and glides easily through the airport with me as I head to grab my pre-flight coffee. This is one bag I will not be sharing with my kiddos, this is mama’s work bag……hands off.

Form and Function meet Sleek Style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite new addition for my travel lineup. I love the lightweight, but durable feel of this carry on. I normally only travel with carry on luggage, so this is the pinnacle to any I have used.
My favorite features are the organizational pockets. I used the front two, left and right for shoe storage, which fit perfectly for me. Because of the thoughtful design with the interior zippers and pockets, I didn't need to use packing cubes. Also the laundry bag is such a bonus! The expansion zipper is ideal for when I grab a few things to bring back from my trip, and it was easy to open and close. The lock and dedicated airtag pocket both add to the impressive design features.
I'm petite, so maneuverability and being able to lift the carry on into overhead compartments or different ride-shares are important to me during solo travel. This piece hit those points perfectly. The wheels move so fluidly whether you have packed this full or have a lighter amount inside. It was a breeze to wheel on the concrete sidewalk or indoors, and the handle seems to be constructed extremely well whether at full extension or halfway (which I use a lot, being short).
The only drawback was it arrived with a a couple small scuffs on the exterior shell, so I will see how it does with more travel, and if more scuffs appear. Outside of that, this is a solid investment into your luggage collection. It offers a sophisticated, clean and refined look that took practical use into consideration.

It is lightweight when rolling and the wheels are so smooth, definitelymaking it easy to pull around. The inside is spacious and has plenty of room for all of your needs. Great suitcase!

The design is one of the first things that caught my attention. It looks sleek, and modern without being flashy. I felt like it looked just as good rolling through the airport at the end of my trip as it did when I first packed it.
The quality is great overall. The shell feels sturdy and protected my belongings really well. The inside is also laid out nicely and made it easy to stay organized. I was able to fit more than I expected, especially with the expandable feature.
The wheels were probably my favorite part. They rolled so smoothly and made getting through busy airports a breeze. Even when the suitcase was fully packed, it was easy to pull and maneuver with one hand.
There were a couple small things that I wasn’t thrilled about. The luggage tag ripped at the very beginning of my trip, which was disappointing. I also thought the handle felt a little flimsy compared to the rest of the bag. It wasn’t enough to cause any problems, but it definitely stood out.
That being said, those issues were pretty minor compared to everything else I liked about it. The smooth wheels, roomy interior, and overall look of the suitcase made traveling so much easier. After using it on a full trip, I’d absolutely continue using it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality carry on.
