[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a long time samsung fan and customer. I chose Samsung Watch9 because I was upgrading my watch 7. I love Samsung products. I have phones, TVs, sound bars, watches, and buds.
The watch 9 is light and beautiful. Setup was a breeze, and the health tracking is amazing.
I could not be any happier with my choice and purchase.

Solid watch, but not much improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this watch for its sleep tracking functionality. Turns out, if you already have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, it wont let you use the feature. Otherwise, it's not materially different from my Galaxy Watch 3; at least not enough to justify the purchase.

The Sleep Apnea feature is meant for people not yet diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea so the feature will not be available for tracking purposes if you have been formally diagnosed. The Galaxy Watch9 is an exponential leap over the Galaxy Watch3. It replaces the outdated Tizen operating system with modern Wear OS, trades the slow legacy chip for a blazing fast 3nm Snapdragon Wear Elite processor, and adds a much brighter 3,000-nit display and advanced AI health tracking. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second samsung galaxy watch. My first 1 was a samsung galaxy watch 2 Active and I had it for 6 years almost till just recently. I Chose the galaxy watch 9 because of the blood pressure monitoring but unfortunately it is not supported in the US and can't enjoy the feature that made me decide to get the watch. But overall, I love my New watch and I Chose to learn the good potential of it.

I chose the new Galaxy Watch9 for the AI features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade from the Galaxy Watch8 to the Galaxy Watch9 for the new on-device Gemini AI integration and advanced health metrics. The transisition from my Galaxy Watch8 to my new Galaxy Watch9 was very easy once my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra detected the new watch as soon as I turn it on. I am enjoying the refreshed look and feel of the new One UI 9 software as well.
