[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first wearable and it wont be the last. I am happy that I chose the watch 9. I am still unlocking new features and getting used to every function
For the first few weeks I owned my Watch 9, 40mm Bluetooth version, it was great, battery life was excellent. It was comfortable to wear and battery life was as good as my Watch 8. However the last 4 days battery life has been terrible. I cant even get 12 hours out of it before the battery is almost drained. I contacted support, they were no help at all. Unfortunately I traded in my Watch 8 for this Watch 9 and already mailed it back to Samsung. Samsung says if I return my Watch 9, I cant have my Watch 8 back. Which is ridiculous, they know which one they have is mine, because they inspect it and give a report if it passed inspection or not. So now I'm stuck with a useless watch 9. They insist there is nothing wrong with it because the battery test app says its fine, but clearly its not. Also bizarre, its charging way too fast. Normally its 90 minutes to close to 2 hours to charge from 10% to 100%, but when this battery drain issue started, its also charging crazy fast. Like under 30 minutes for 10% to 100%. I dont know if there was an update in the last week, or if it just suddenly became defective, but I'm seeing people on Reddit and Samsung Members app complaining of the same issue. While Samsung pretends nothing is wrong. I've had numerous Samsung watches over the years and never had an issue with any of them. I'm extremely disappointed wit this one. Do better Samsung and stop denying there is a problem and fix it.

Good day Irritated, Thank you for taking the opportunity to reach out and share your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Watch9. Your candor is appreciated as we continue to innovate while making improvements on our product line, based on consumer feedback like yours. Samsung offers a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. When it comes to battery life, the Galaxy Watch9 40mm version has a 390 mAh battery while the 44mm version offers a 445 mAh battery. The higher capacity allows your Galaxy Watch9 to require less frequency in charging. This means you can keep the Watch powered throughout the day with minimal downtime. While you're using your Galaxy Watch9 without enabling AOD, you should expect to receive about 40 hours of usage time. Up to 30 hours if you're utilizing AOD! To fast charge your Samsung Galaxy Watch 9, plug the official magnetic USB-C charging puck included in the box into a USB-C power adapter that outputs at least 5V/2A (10W or higher), and place the back of the watch flat against the center of the pad. If you're experiencing less than optimal battery life on your new device, please take a moment to review the resources provided below to help resolve what you may be experiencing. If you have any questions for us or if you would like further assistance afterward, please let us know by reaching out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have chronic disabilities and this phone has all the accessibility i need. It has the color filter, its light and small, its easily customizable for my needs. I couldnt be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded my Watch 7 for the Watch 9. I like the look of the watch. The battery life has definitely improved. I like the faster charging but the lack of ability to order additional chargers has me a bit frustrated. Other than that; I am pleased with the watch.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the galaxy watch upgrading from the galaxy watch 7. I love the new look and how the interface works. I am excited to use all the fitness upgrades.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung Watch 9 44 mm because I wanted a smartwatch that could combine style, health tracking, fitness features, and seamless connectivity with my smartphone. After using it regularly, I can say that it has been a very positive experience overall.
From the moment I started using the watch, I noticed its premium design. The 44 mm size feels comfortable on my wrist, offering a large display that is easy to read both indoors and outdoors. The screen is bright, responsive, and provides excellent visibility even under direct sunlight. Navigating through menus, notifications, and apps feels smooth and intuitive.
One of the features I appreciate most is the health monitoring system. The watch tracks heart rate, sleep quality, daily activity, and workouts with impressive accuracy. I found the sleep tracking particularly useful because it helped me understand my sleeping habits and identify areas where I could improve my rest. The fitness tracking options are also extensive, making it easy to monitor walks, runs, cycling sessions, and other activities.
Battery life has been satisfactory for my daily needs. While heavy use of GPS and health monitoring can reduce battery performance, the watch generally lasts long enough to get through a full day without concern. Charging is also simple and relatively fast.
Another advantage is the integration with Samsung devices and Android smartphones. Notifications arrive instantly, and I can answer calls, read messages, and control
