[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently, I chose to upgrade from the watch 8 to the watch 9. Samsung continues to provide meaningful and useful upgrades to the Galaxy Watch series. The upgrade was seamless with the new watch running as well or better than it's predecessor. The watch is a go to all day long, monitoring my health indicators, alerting for incoming emails, texts, and messages, and providing other handy info... even radar data through an added app.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the galaxy 9 watch based on its sleek classy yet business casual design. The personalization options on this watch are abundant and customizable. It's seemless, timeless, and tho it has a price tag, it's health options make it priceless for my lifestyle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this watch due to that it's main purpose is to keep progressing with new upcoming software updates for future reference and I really like the smooth, modern, yet very elegant body piece of this galaxy 9 model. Also, my favorite improved feature of this galaxy 9 watch is the battery performance which this has a much reduced charging time, including the super fast charge capability, I'm highly satisfied that it doesn't take too much time to charge up to 100% and that's a plus for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely loving my new Galaxy watch 9. It has so many great new health features which is the main reason I chose to upgrade. I am also really loving the no gap clip in bands they are so easy to change and I can swap them out to match any outfit!
Trash can worthy. Ghost touching the screen right out the box! First watch pick up and last of course.

Greetings Brown, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us regarding your recent experience using the Samsung Galaxy Watch9. Ghost touches on a Galaxy Watch typically can occur due to various reasons. Smudges, oils, or a poorly applied screen protector can interfere with the touch feature, for example. We recommend wiping your display completely dry with a clean, soft microfiber cloth. Take off any third-party screen protector that might have trapped air or moisture. You can also turn off the touch to wake feature by: Go to Settings > Display on your watch and disable the "Touch screen to wake" feature if the option is available. If applicable, force restart your device by holding down both side buttons for more than 7 seconds until the Samsung logo appear. For your convenience, some helpful resources have been provided below for your review. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the watch 9 because it was cheaper than the ultra and it has been a horrible experience. I battery life is horrible and I have no idea why Samsung can't get the battery to last longer and I finally had enough and went to pixel watch. This watch doesn't track my sleep right and I have tried everything to fix it. I tried to get my money back and it is such a hassle. I wish I had kept the ultra watch and traded it in for the pixel.

Howdy Dwhitt2567, Thanks for reaching out to share your thoughts with us regarding your recent experience using the Samsung Galaxy Watch9. The Galaxy Watch9 is offered in two versions: 40mm with a 390 mAh battery and 44mm with 445 mAh battery. The higher capacity versions allow your Galaxy Watch9 to require less frequency in charging. This means you can keep the watch powered throughout the day with minimal downtime. While you're using your Galaxy Watch9 without enabling AOD, you should expect to receive about 40 hours of usage time. Up to 30 hours if you're utilizing AOD! Please take a moment to review the resources shared below to help resolve what you have described. Let us know afterward if you would like further assistance by reaching out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a faithful Samsung customer. - Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from Galaxy Watch 7 to Galaxy Watch 9. The new Watch 9 is less bulky and feels lighter on my wrist. I love the health and fitness tracking. I'm so glad I upgraded!
