Best vacuum I have ever had! I struggled with it a little at first because there are so many different ways to use it, but now I know and it is great. Fantastic powder. I love the light that shines down on the floor so I can see every single dog hair. It is a little on the heavy side, but not bad. I highly recommend to any pet owner, or any non-pet owner.

Having an older version of a Shark machine this edition is far superior than the older one and the addional tools make this the last version I will need to have .

I was pleasantly surprised. Great suction at all levels, top section emptied completely. The lighter weight is a blessing as I'm getting older and do not the strength or stamina as when I was younger. Glad to have made this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has great suction. However it's difficult to use as it's heavy. When I'm vacuuming I have accidentally turned it off because of the position on the handle. I like Shark products I've used them for years but this one is heavy and difficult to maneuver.

A great machine with half baked features

The machine works great and has strong suction. However once you get beyond the core features every else feels half baked.
The mini vacume in the handle works but has almost zero capacity. When vacuuming my Baseboards i need to empty it many times. Also the auto empty part is pretty lame as it takes 30ish seconds. Which wouldn't be bad save the fact I need to empty it several times.
The auto detection sensor frequently gets dirty and I have to stop and clean it...or just say screw it and manually set what im cleaning.
Hair builds up and cloths the first roller rather than feeding into the collector system.
While not a Shark issue the constant changing from high to low power seems cool until it caused my breakers to trip. If it stays in high that fine but when it keeps changing from high to low power it will trip my breakers.
