I could not wait for this Shark transformer true pet too arrive. I have owned navy Shark vacuums over the years and the power lift- away has been my favorite too be able to get under the bed and furniture. I have always had animals but I am allergic, so I absolutely need I vacuum that can handle the job, and they all have, but this one is different. I can take it from my lift- away to become like a stick vacuum, then break it down to a hand-held in a matter of seconds and ask the attachments that came with it make everything easy to reach, from stairs to cobwebs in the basement. I'm almost 60 years old, and the transition from each option is easy enough for me to do it myself. The vacuum itself is lightweight, but I own 3 Shark vacuums, 1 for each level of my home.

Works great! I have two Maine coon cats they leave a trail of cat fur where ever they go, the shark picks it up and does not bind in the brushes! Highly recommend for any pet family.

Great till blue brush rolled stopped working

I bought this vacuum a little over a month ago and the blue brush roller stoped working. I cleaned it out in between using it. I cant get it to work. Ive tryed everything. Im very upset because besides that i love this vacuum. It works great when it works. Unfortunately now it doesn’t pick up anything on wood floors, it just pushes it around.

When the brushroll is not rotating, the vacuum may have difficulty picking up debris on hard floors and can push debris forward instead. Disappointed

I currently own a cleaning business and use my sweeper daily. I currently have the Shark Power Detect and love it. I bought this sweeper and I am disappointed with it. I feel that is heavy and suction is lower than the my Shark Power Detect. The positive thing is cord seem to be long and the attachment actually stay on the sweeper when using it. If I wasn't passed the return date. I would return and replace with a second Shark Power Detect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Shark® PowerDetect Transformer™ Upright Vacuum with TruePet Attachments does its job. I used it a couple of times now and it cleans my floor really well and it looks like the floor had been polished. The versatile feature is perfect for tight spaces and since it comes with attachments I can use the vacuum anywhere. There is a filter to give the rooms a fresh scent. I prefer this type of vacuum with a cord since it works without turning off in the middle of vacuuming. It is not heavy and the price is what is expected for a new vacuum with accessories. It is also bag less which makes it better to use. The main body can be emptied out and the handheld option has a small canister area that can also be emptied out with a release button. This vacuum also comes with a bag for the accessories which makes it convenient. It has an odor neutralizer and filters. I highly recommend this vacuum.
