[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: * Excellent cleaning performance across carpets, tile, and hardwood floors. * Extremely simple setup with clear guides directly on the packaging and vacuum body. * Easy to maneuver with smooth tilting and turning. * Fun LED headlights (my kids love them!). * Easy to empty canister. Cons: * Handheld exhaust vent blows strong air, which scatters loose pet hair and light debris before you can vacuum it. * Uncomfortable rectangular handle that sits too close to the body, causing my knuckles to hit it while pushing and pulling. * Awkward to carry up and down stairs with no natural grip point; feels heavy and puts tension on plastic snapping joints. * Vacuum automatically shuts off if tilted too close to upright while backing up against a wall. * Scent/purifier feature just smells like Febreze rather than feeling like a true air purifier.
Cleaning & Performance As an upright vacuum, this unit performs really well. It had no trouble tackling the carpet, tile, and wood surfaces throughout our home. However, it struggled a bit when cleaning stairs in stick vacuum mode. One minor frustration in upright mode occurs when backing up against a wall. If the handle gets tilted too close to fully upright, the vacuum automatically shuts itself off.
Handling & Build The vacuum has a solid, sturdy weight to it, but it handles easily thanks to its smooth steering. That said, the handle design is my least favorite feature. It’s rectangular and sits in a position where my knuckles constantly hit the vacuum body during normal push and pull cleaning. It could definitely use a more ergonomic, comfortable grip. Carrying it up and down stairs is also a bit awkward. There isn't a dedicated, comfortable place to grasp it, and because it has some weight, carrying it near the top handle makes me worry about putting too much stress on the plastic snap-together body.
Versatility & Modes * Upright Mode: By far my preferred mode. It feels sturdy, cleans thoroughly, and the headlights are a great touch. * Stick Mode: Works fine for quick reach, and was the most useful mode when attempting the stairs, though it felt average overall. * Handheld Mode: My least favorite configuration. I currently only have the long crevice attachment, so another attachment might help, but as-is, it feels like an average hand vac. The biggest issue here is the exhaust vents. They blow air out so strongly that they tend to scatter nearby pet hair and light debris around the room before you can get the nozzle over it.
Setup, Maintenance & Scent Feature Setup was an absolute snap (pun intended). There are clear visual instructions printed right on the box and on the vacuum itself. Emptying the dust bin is simple, though figuring out how to access the top filter inside the canister took a quick extra moment. As for the built-in scent/purifier feature, it wasn't for me; it mostly just makes the house smell like it was sprayed with Febreze during cleaning.
Who Is This Best For? My expectations are pretty simple. We have two kids and a dog that sheds year-round, so I need a dependable corded vacuum that can keep up with daily life and has easily replaceable parts so it stays running for as long as possible. The upright portion of this vacuum is very solid and gets the job done well, but the stick and handheld modes feel average at best. It is a good option if you primarily want a strong main upright vacuum, but keep the handle comfort and weight in mind if you have a multi-story home.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving my new Shark Transformer vacuum. The stick vac and extended hand vac are so convenient to use. I don’t know how I ever cleaned without the detection system. Bravo!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this a few weeks ago and honestly it has the strongest suction out of any vacuum I ever used. I have long hair and it doesn’t get wrapped around the rollers at all. The only thing is I can’t vacuum my smaller rugs with it cause the suction is so powerful it wants to suck up my rugs and the light will turn red and it stops. It’s way more powerful than the Dyson I was using before. This is my experience using this vacuum.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upright floor suction is great. The hand wand has much less suction than my older model Shark. The detection between carpet, rug and hard floor is working great. Only real complaint is the hand wand. The unit is quit large so not as easy to move around if you need to pick it up.

I have used it twice and absolutely love all the features but overall the suction and everything is sucks up. My apt isn't too dirty but it does an amazing job at getting the smallest dust particles.
Don’t sleep on this vacuum! Truly a great product. Dustcup is a little small in stick mode and definitely not as strong as the big vacuum but it still works great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely fantastic. This is one of the best vacuums I bought in a long time. No extension hose to get clogged up or suction loss the different variations that you can use as vacuum are excellent and state of the art. My wife vacuumed the house about two hours before this one came she re-vacuumed it and it picked up a double than what the old vacuum did after vacuuming with her old one. Good quality, easy to maneuver very happy with this purchase. Pick up debris very well great and hard floors and picks up and removes hair without getting tangled. The dirt detector works very good.
This vac is the best thing that has ever happened to our apartment. It is light as a feather, it feels like it moves right along by itself. I was SHOCKED at how easy it was to set up, super intuitive and super quick. After using it for 1 minute I realize that my old vac was NOT doing enough. And the detachable feature with no hose connection needed is literally something out of the future. Cat hair: completely gone. I will be telling everyone I know to purchase this product. My roommates and I are BIG fans,
