Totally sucks! In a good way!

So far, so good! We're battling fleas right now so I wanted a vacuum that could access all the nooks and crannies. The option to take off the canister is great to get under furniture, unlike so many others on the market that are bulky or battery powered. The cord is really long! I like that you can choose auto-sensing, hard floor, carpet, or heavy pile rugs -- all from the handle. Other vacuums don't have that setting or you have to bend over to get to the button.
So far this thing has major suction power. I'm almost worried it's grabbing too many fibers since I'm having to dump he canister frequently.

Only compliant: the blue light that illuminates during hard floor functions. It oddly makes the hardwood look very irregular and dirty/dented. Please change this in future models!!!

Trio Vacuum, model LX5000 series

I have not used it yet, but have thoroughly checked it out and it looks like it will be fine. The rating I give will mean nothing until I do. For the money, I am really disappointed on the number of accessories that came with it, a crevise tool and the one for getting under low furniture. I would have liked to have had a brush, the little round one for dusting, and a pet brush.

My shark transformer arrived yesterday. I quickly unboxed it and had to try it out right away. I love it!!!!! We had just vacuumed and couldn't believe how much dirt it still pulled out with just the first 2 swipes!!! My rug did not like it though in so took off the canister and tried again. It cleaned the rug perfectly! I am so happy I chose this model!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

NO WORTH THE MONEY

Way Too Heavy, it is powerful but you when you use it separate don't suction at all, not worthy the money I paid for so I returned it the same day, every time shark comes with a new vacuum it just about technology not the functionality work on light, suction, and get the job done that's all I care.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a few weeks ago. It took a while to put it together and I read all of the instructions. Used it for the first time the other day. It is so heavy I can't lift it, it is also hard to control, it turns on its own. I couldn't get under any furniture with the canister on so it had to come off every time. It's just too heavy and confusing.
How do I return it? I have been waiting for an email with instructions and a label and it hasn't come yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great vaccum but

I love this vaccum! But there’s not a lot of suction with the top handheld part. Don’t like that to much!
