Too small collection when using attachments
on September 8, 2026
Posted by: Nikki75
I purchased this vacuum in hopes that it would be the only vacuum I needed. Unfortunately, that is not the case. If you use your attachments a lot like I do this is not the vacuum for you. It has an extremely small collection and find yourself emptying and cleaning out filters more then you're able to actually vacuum. I really saved to buy this and it hasn't been worth it. 😒

Hi Nikki,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback on the Shark PowerDetect Transformer. We're sorry to hear that the dust cup capacity and filter maintenance have not met your expectations. We understand how disappointing this must be, especially after saving up for a vacuum you hoped would meet all your cleaning needs. If you have any further concerns, please contact us using the link below, and we'd be happy to assist.

I absolutely love my shark . It's truly the best vacuum ever. I strongly recommend the shark vacuum. My shark transformer does exactly everything that they say it does on the infomercial. BEST VACUUM EVER!

We owned a Shark before and it was one of the best we bought but this one takes the cake. The adjustability is fantastic given the cleaning job ypu have. From the hand held feature to tje removable canister is so easy to use. Glad we bought this one

This is a powerful vacuum. I have three pets and this beast makes light work of crumbs and pet hair. A great buy and warranty!

Lighter but such great cleaning capability. The handle was a bit small but considering the performance a small pain point
