Has all the necessary features, easy to clean. Nice long cord allows me to place it any way on my counter. The slick metalic look goes perfectly with my stainless-steel appliances.

Love the Frozen setting!

The toaster works great, and provides and even toast, even for bagels. We especially love the frozen setting, no cold spots when toasting a frozen bagel.

Does not toast evenly as described

Love the sleek design; long electrical cord; easy to read / adjust toast color with click knob; lightweight.
Downfall the toast settings are irrelevant. Settings 1-7, why. Settings 1-5 do literally nothing. I keep setting my toast wheat and white @ 6.5, but toast doesn't toast evenly, so I have to put the toast back in at a lower setting to toast the other side of the toast. It used to be if you had 1 piece, you put it in a specific slot for a single slice. Not sure if that applies here as there is nothing on the manual regarding this. I just want the 1 or 2 slices to toast evenly on the first try.
